Reviews: Lofoten Island Svolvaer fjord cruise experience [optional sea eagle watching or fishing]

Half of the 24 people were Chinese. The anglers were incredibly lucky. The four-hour fishing trip included explanations and instruction on fishing techniques. They even helped us take the fish off the hook. It was a very enjoyable sea fishing experience.

This trip was a little outside my husband and I's comfort zone! We have never done anything like it before and were quite nervous. It was absolutely slaying! Our guide Matthew was patient and helpful. It was funny getting into the suites and waddling down to the waters edge but once on the water it was fabulous. Floating under the stars was so relaxing and the time flew by. The northern lights even came out for us. Afterwards we went back to the cabin for hot chocolate and snacks, a chat and a few games. Matthew had taken photos and a few videos that he sent to us and at the end we all got a certificate. One of the best trips of our holiday and certainly one we will never forget!

You can really feel the love for the hobby, kayaking, and nature here. We highly recommend it! The clear water and the white-tailed eagles were fantastic. Thanks to the two people involved and their wonderful dog, Oliv... wonderful dog!!!! Thank you!
