The pick-up and drop-off service was so convenient; we could just wait for the car at the hotel. Since we were staying at the Phi Phi North Nature Resort, we booked a ride to Lanthong Pier. We had to transfer boats directly at sea near Tonsai Bay, which was a bit inconvenient for those prone to seasickness, as we had to wait for the other boat. We waited quite a while; we departed at 8:30 AM and didn't disembark until 11:30 AM. Then the hotel's tractor came to pick us up. Aside from the long journey time, it was very convenient.

The tour was well organized, included pick-up from the hotel, and included meals, fruit, and water. The price was also reasonable. Most of my group was Indian. Getting on and off the boat was a bit difficult, so it might be quite challenging for people with weak legs. There was a time limit on each island, so if you want to swim a lot, I recommend booking another tour, but if you want to explore various places, I recommend it. There were a lot of people on each island.

The booking process was easy; we got our tickets at the pier ticket office, which was cheaper than paying cash. There were still seats available on the boat, and you can also check in your luggage.

A good carrier, the ferry is air-conditioned, and they hand out watermelons, water, and cola. Beer is an extra charge. The ride took less than two hours.

A staff member met us immediately upon arrival, calmly guided us through all the formalities without any lines, personally helped us with our luggage, and escorted us to the transfer area—a special plus. This service truly saves time and stress, especially after a flight. We were very pleased. Everything was efficient, polite, and to the point. The service fully met our expectations. I definitely recommend it.

We took the ferry from Krabi to Phi Phi Island. Everything was great! We were picked up from our hotel on time and departed Krabi on time. The ferry was quite cool and there was plenty of space. Plus, it was very affordable. And of course, TripCom has 24/7 support for any questions.


