The service was incredibly responsive throughout. I inquired months in advance, and the staff were all very friendly. Our guide, Mr. Long, was also fantastic! His service was absolutely amazing – a superb smile! His driving skills were top-notch, he was very punctual, and we chatted and laughed the whole way. He even recommended some attractions and good restaurants! He was also very thoughtful (providing directions to restrooms, dining options, etc.). The weather was perfect too! Absolutely amazing! They also have tours to Izu!! And this year's mild winter meant the cherry blossoms in Izu bloomed a few days ago! Everyone, go for it!!! Contact the shop and make your plans now!!! Be sure to wear sunscreen, as the sun is incredibly strong!!

I thought it was absolutely fantastic in every way! We booked the trip at the last minute, around midnight, and the customer service was incredibly responsive and patient. We booked a round-trip bus tour for two people at a very reasonable price, as it was a one-stop service and we didn't have to worry about booking tickets. Our driver was a very friendly guy from Northeast China, and the tour guide was also wonderful. He remembered every tourist and immediately noticed when we were behind. He provided bilingual translation throughout the trip, and his speech was witty and polite. 🥹🥹 The experience was truly exceptional, with no hidden costs whatsoever. The tour guide even helped us save money by telling us which restaurants were cheaper. We departed promptly at 8:00 AM and arrived in Tokyo around 3:00 or 4:00 PM. It was a very enjoyable and unforgettable trip to Mount Fuji. I hope we can meet again when I have the chance to visit Japan again! 🥹

Winter days are short and the day gets dark early, so the itinerary was quite rushed. We arrived in Hakone in the morning and didn't get to visit the art museum. We rushed to Lake Yamanaka around 3 PM to take photos of Mount Fuji with its backlighting. The driver was a Chinese woman who had lived in Japan for over 20 years. She drove steadily and chatted with us the whole way, which was very nice. It was a small group of 9 people, but that day it was just our family of 4, which was great. 👍

This trip to Mount Fuji was absolutely worth it! The crystal-clear mountain scenery was breathtaking, every view was like a painting. Our tour guide, Mianmian, was incredibly dedicated, meticulously planning the itinerary, providing detailed and engaging explanations, and even thoughtfully taking countless beautiful photos of everyone's smiles against the backdrop of Mount Fuji's magnificence. 到达日本后仓促决定周三找一个小团，想去奥莱，又想去富士山，挑来挑去最后选择的这个团，在华盛顿酒店集合，距离我住的新宿区不远，司机师傅态度非常和善，路遇景点也会很耐心的介绍。奥莱很大，两个小时可能不够逛，但是鱼和熊掌不可以兼得，不能放弃富士山。奥莱打卡的富士山真是绝佳位置，下午又去了金鸟居、山中湖和河口湖，大鹅也喂了，富士山限定也买了，罗森便利店也打卡了，全程一点也不累，特别适合有老人的家庭出行。
