Pros: + It's not a scam; the tickets were genuine and included all the listed palaces. + Bus transfer from the city center to Versailles, followed by quick pickup and access to the timed ticket line. This was great; we didn't have to stand outside for long or get cold in line. - The return transfer was too late for us; we were tired by then and left early.

The guide was wonderful! He spoke English, Spanish, and French. During the drive to Versailles, he shared several interesting facts. He even helped us contact the bus driver since someone in my group had forgotten their phone, and they kindly returned it to us! Everything was very practical, and Versailles is beautiful.
