The bus was clean, departed on time, and had a convenient boarding location in front of the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel Hotel.

It was great to be able to enter without having to wait in line in the hot sun. I was able to enjoy every corner of the gardens and the Petit Trianon beyond. It gets crowded, so if you're going in the summer, I think you should take care of your health. The gardens are especially large, so you might want to take the mini-train when heading to the Petit Trianon. You can enjoy the ride with its thrilling swaying motion! 😊

A decent option if the official Versailles website is out of time-slot tickets. Pros: + It's not a scam; the tickets were genuine and included all the listed palaces. + Bus transfer from the city center to Versailles, followed by quick pickup and access to the timed ticket line. This was great; we didn't have to stand outside for long or get cold in line. - The return transfer was too late for us; we were tired by then and left early.

The guide was wonderful! He spoke English, Spanish, and French. During the drive to Versailles, he shared several interesting facts. He even helped us contact the bus driver since someone in my group had forgotten their phone, and they kindly returned it to us! Everything was very practical, and Versailles is beautiful.
