And compared to Sanya, Beihai, Banna, Dehong has relatively fewer tourists, the cost of living is lower, and the cost of food, accommodation and transportation is lower, and the cost performance is relatively high. I really like Dehong, in addition to the comfortable climate, the people here are also very enthusiastic, not xenophobic, and still maintain a relatively simple state. There is a photo check-in point set up at the top of the mountain, where you can queue up to take photos. There is a mirror where you can photograph the reflection of the Silver Pagoda, which is spectacular. Only after I arrived did I realize that Mangshi is the only city in China with a single character name. It is full of Southeast Asian style, so why not put Mangshi on your travel list sometime. About Yunnan Mangshi Transportation 1 Plane: Mangshi has an airport, Dehong Airport, check before you go to see if your city has direct flights to Mangshi or transfers to Mangshi. 2 Train + Bus: There is no direct train to Mangshi, take a high-speed train from Kunming to Baoshan City, and take a bus to Mangshi at the bus station near Baoshan Station, about 2 hours. 3 It is very convenient to take a taxi in Mangshi, and it is more convenient to ride a shared bicycle! The road from the Golden Tower to the Silver Tower, there is a row of shops renting Dai costumes, makeup and travel photography at the entrance. The basic prices are similar, if you are interested, you can rent a set to take pictures, indeed it's worth it. Menghuan Golden Tower Some people feel that there is no need to spend money to enter the Golden Tower, although it is said that if you don't see it, you will miss the opportunity, and if you see it, just experience it once! Compared to the crowded and commercialized Xishuangbanna, Mang City is really worth the rush! Mang City is not busy, and a citywalk measured by your own feet is just too suitable for Mang City. The landmark of Mangshi, 'Menghuan Golden Pagoda', is the first golden Buddha pagoda in China and the first hollow Buddha pagoda in Asia. Menghuan Silver Pagoda, if the golden pagoda is regarded as the sun of Mangshi, the silver pagoda is the moon. The two look at each other, guarding this small city together. Bodhi Temple, a Theravada Buddhist temple, is also a well-preserved Southern Buddhist temple. The pagoda body has four levels, the first level consisting of 12 smaller pagodas, symbolizing the twelve links of dependent origination in samsara. The scenic area includes well-arranged facilities such as the Jiyuan Forest, Silver Wheel Plaza, Observation Deck, and Pedestrian Walkways. The landscape sculptures are exquisitely elegant, in a variety of postures, displaying the unique charm of Dai culture everywhere. It has also become a famous hotspot for social media check-ins, with many young men and women dressed in Dai and Thai-style clothing taking photos here. I wanted to take a picture of the 'Mirror of the Sky,' but unfortunately, it didn't turn out well. Standing outside the Silver Pagoda and looking at the Golden Pagoda from a distance, one gold and one silver, they echo each other; one is gracefully luxurious, and the other is pure and elegant, forming the most dazzling and unique beautiful scenery in Mang City.
