Rongxian Town South Tower, with a long history, was built in the Song Dynasty. Because it was built on Longtou Mountain, Rongxian Old Zhi called it "the leading pen" and was known as "Wenfeng Tower", which is one of the 12 scenes of Rongxian County. The Nan Tower of Town carries the deep history and culture of ancient Rongzhou, and is one of the landmarks of Rongzhou. In March 2013, it was officially established as a key cultural relics protection unit in the country.
