Worth the hike up the stairs!
Going to Westport, WA and not climbing the Viewing Tower is like going to Pisa, Italy and not seeing the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The view from the top of the tower is gorgeous!

Excellent Viewing
The Tower performs its' function quite well, very fine view of the harbor. Only the first level is 100% accessible, with a ramp.
