The service attitude of the staff is significantly worse than that of other hotels under the group. When checking-in, the staff did not kindly take a profile translated into English. The guests were asked to see it for themselves. It was obviously perfunctory and there was no half-smiling smile. The room did not call the front desk, so there was a special request for guests to go to the counter in person. The staff obviously responded perfunctorily to the guests and said that all the bags had been used up. Anyone can hardly believe that all the bags in a hotel can be used up. It is not difficult to think of the front desk staff here. The location of breakfast, there are not many seats, and the seats are very tight during busy hours. Even if small groups have to split into different locations to take the stage, it is not ideal.
