GGuest UserBefore the New Year, we went on a spontaneous trip with one child and one adult. The experience was beyond our expectations when we stayed at Xianshe Villa for our visit to Shanghai Disneyland. The environment was clean and tidy, the housekeeper service was warm and considerate, the auntie's breakfast was nutritious, and the driver picked us up at Disneyland safely and on time. The villa provided both the warmth of home and the services and supporting facilities of a five-star hotel. The experience was perfect. My child is already looking forward to staying at Xianshe Villa for the next Disney trip with her classmates and bestie.

GGuest UserSome time ago, I went to Chongming Island with my friends and stayed in Villa No. 100 of Shanghai Xiangying Holiday Villa. The experience was so good that I must share it with you!
As soon as I arrived at the villa, the Southeast Asian style architecture attracted me. The design of the single-family house and courtyard is super private, surrounded by green plants and full of negative oxygen ions. I heard from the staff that the villa is next to Dongping National Forest Park. Sure enough, the air is fresh and pleasant, just like living in a natural oxygen bar.
The interior space of the villa is very spacious, with five bedrooms of different styles, three of which have bathtubs. It is so comfortable to take a bath when you are tired. Although the living room is not big, it has all the entertainment facilities such as KTV, mahjong table, and TV. A group of us sang and played mahjong in it, and we had a lot of fun. The small courtyard is my favorite place. We put tables and chairs, and everyone sat around to drink tea and chat, enjoying the leisure time.
There is nothing to say about the service. The staff is warm and thoughtful, asked about our needs attentively, and delivered the required items in time. The room was clean and warm, and it was very comfortable to stay in. The location of the villa is excellent, close to Dongping National Forest Park, and you can reach it on foot. There are many farmhouses around, so you don't have to worry about finding food.
I was really satisfied with this stay. Whether it is a family gathering or a trip with friends, it is very suitable. I will come again next time if I have the chance!

SSam - HangzhouThe hotel was quite nice 👍 the room was cozy and well designed. The location we found easily by using apple map.
Only the thing we don’t like is that reception area can be more “clean “, that area was little bit messy. Kitchen also too messy.
But the guy who was in charge of costumer service was so nice polite and ready to help with everything. He helped us to order several things using *******, and the delivery came right on time.

GGuest UserThis project was a marketing effort we had been involved in several years ago and felt very cordial a few years later. This time it rains every day on the Tanabata Festival. The villa is a children’s playground. The villa is very clean and simple as a whole. It is suitable for the group living of 4-5 family. A small suggestion. It is more perfect to find an aunt next to it to clean up for 2 hours a day.

The villa was well-equipped, featuring a full kitchen with a frying pan, cooking pot, steaming pot, and all necessary utensils. There were 3.5 bathrooms stocked with complimentary toiletries, including house shoes, toothbrushes, toothpaste, towels, rugs, soap, shampoo, and hand wash. The fully functioning fridge, complete with a refrigerator, semi-freezer, and freezer, was ready for use.

The backyard was a highlight, with outdoor seating and a grill for barbecuing. Inside, there was a dining room with ample seating. The location on Chong Ming Island made it easy to reach by taxi, and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet and beautiful.

Dining Options
We had several dining options nearby, including Korean restaurants and fried chicken spots that offered delivery. We especially enjoyed the local Chinese cuisine, and everything we tried was delicious.

Overall Experience
Our overall experience was very positive. The kids loved the villa, particularly the fourth-floor basement, which was equipped with a karaoke machine, arcade games, a Mahjong table, playing cards, and various board games.

I fell in love with this villa at first sight during a team building event held by my colleagues. The communication was very pleasant, and we made a decision right away. There are large living rooms and banquet halls that are very suitable for us to entertain guests here. Overall, the experience was relatively good. I will come back if I have the opportunity!

GGuest UserThe B&B is in a village, and the environment is very quiet, with only the chirping of birds being heard. There is a well-kept yard, some flowers and plants planted, and a swing. The room is clean and tidy, and the equipment is quite new. It's only an 8-minute drive from Dongping Forest Park. The store is very nice. They gave us a fruit plate when we arrived. Breakfast was also prepared in advance according to our time. There were quite a lot of varieties and the taste was good. After having a full meal in the morning, we set off directly to the Forest Park 😀 It’s great!

MM832194****Service: The first time I lived in this villa, I was poked in the heart! The landlord is a real gentle hanging, no matter what small problems are found in the past, the response is always fast and intimate!
Environment: The villa has three floors. The favorite is the first floor. Pushing the door out from the billiard hall is the back garden. Find a place to sit down along the river. The wind blows slowly. The ears are the birds. Talk to friends casually. Even the time is very soft. This environment is really nothing to say, so comfortable that people want to stay a few more days 😆

GGuest UserAccording to Ctrip's navigation, I chose Gaode, and it was easy to find the hotel. For a small villa on a country road, this famous homestay is very conspicuous because of its beautiful appearance.
Room: A standard room. It is worth mentioning that it is really very clean, especially the bathroom and bathing facilities are better than many star-rated hotels, and there is no water stain on the glass.
Facilities: Swimming pool, billiards, chess and cards, karaoke, parent-child area, a very spacious riverside terrace, and even four very cute cats to pet, which really surprised me. You can stay here for a day.
Service: Unlike those hotels, there is no sense of restraint when staying here. The proprietress is very nice. She helped us go out to buy beer at dinner. The homestay does not include breakfast, but she prepared breakfast for us very warmly, which is very heartwarming.
Let me summarize it. I went there after reading the reviews and was ready for pleasure. But you still have to experience it in person to feel this different experience. If I go to Dishui Lake or Haichang or team building next time, I will definitely choose this homestay.
