Excellent location 1km from the main port! The place is in front of a surf point with rental boards! Proposal super in line with the cost benefit! Service from the staff is impeccable! All very kind and courteous! The super nice room in front of the pool! We are Brazilian and the menu has cheese bread, cheese pastry and other Brazilian delicacies! The coolest thing was that we checked out and forgot a gold bracelet and a necklace in the hotel safe and the employee very kindly went to the main port to look for us to deliver to us before our boat left! I thought this was a beautiful dignity and honesty! I highly recommend

Great cleaning every day. The restaurant in front of the beach has a great view. You can see turtles and tropical fish while snorkeling. Delicious breakfast daily in the hotel cafe. The staff greets you in a friendly manner every day. Local and Western food sets come with fresh juice and coffee. 80,000rp. They cook really seriously. The massage attached to the villa is also great. We rented bicycles and enjoyed the island. We also took a local boat to Gili Meno and enjoyed snorkeling. A truly special 6 days. Thank you LaBella. I will go again next year.

The staff at Kayana were all very polite, courteous and helpful. Each and everyone never fail to greet you when they see you. Service was tip top. Pool has some dust/sand particles and insects sometimes but it’s near a beach so maybe that’s why. Location is near the harbour and has direct access to beach which can also be accessed by the public. Good if you are planning to travel to Gili Islands. However outside the villa there is nothing much, will have to drive to go to nearest restaurant and not easy to get taxi. We had a driver who brought us everywhere. The Blues Restaurant in the villa was sufficient for us - served good food, very affordable too and overlooks beautiful view especially at sunset. The inclusive breakfast was also worth it. Have to mention that the villa is very near a mosque and the calls to prayer starts as early as 5am. We did not mind it at all though. Overall Kayana made our stay in Lombok an amazing one!

To accompany his wife to the Longmu test diving certificate, the coach asked to live in the resort where the dive shop is located. From this logical point of view, it was forced to choose at first. It has not been examined and the evaluation is very small, so there is no hope. From the airport to the resort road is very far, the road is not good, but after the arrival of their enthusiasm and service impressed, take the initiative to send a wreath to wear our neck, give a welcome drink - iced juice, instantly improved the good feeling, then the room is amazing Oh, villa with pool! ! The area is also very large, and there is a feeling of honeymoon here. Then I am more happy - the hotel is invincible, private beach, seaside pool, sea swing, romantic candlelight dinner under the mango tree every night, don't mention how romantic. Then the staff was extremely enthusiastic, and the tip was not even collected, which is rare in the Philippines. The last thing that needs to be spit is the high level of catering and other consumption, because there is an additional 21% service charge and tax, a coconut RMB30, Coke Sprite 35, and a single package of two people each about 140-160. What a wonderful stay at Villa Casa Koko! Sopian made us feel like family during our 3 night stay. He organised us snorkeling tours, cooking classes and seamless transfers - making the whole process easy and seamless. The villa itself is perfect for couples - a separate air conditioned bedroom/bathroom with covered lounge and large private pool gave us plenty of areas to relax and enjoy this gorgeous island! Highly recommend and hope to be back in the future!

We booked Ke rensia villas for part of our honeymoon. Before we arrived, we messaged via *********** to ask if it was ok if we checked in at 12pm as that's when our boat was arriving. The owners responded and said yes, that would be fine. We arrived after a very long journey on an extremely hot day. Both of us were pouring with sweat after finally reaching the hotel with very heavy bags. When we arrived we were told our room wasn't ready and wouldn't be for another 2 hours. We were told 'you can walk around for 2 hours and come back'. When we insisted we had already arranged an early check in, the female member of staff who works on the desk was extremely rude to us and shrugged her shoulders and said 'that's just our check in time'. Eventually we were seated in the restaurant, Lockdown Kitchen and the staff said they would get a villa ready for us. When we were finally shown the villa, we were really disappointed. It was dirty, with a filthy breakfast bar area and there were several dead insect stains on the walls and a dead, squashed cockroach on the floor. The bedroom was extremely dark and dingy too, with a very hard bed. It was definitely not the romantic villa in the photos. To make matters worse, the location of the villa meant that ants, flies, enormous spiders and other flying creatures constantly came into the kitchen area and then also into our bedroom. On several occasions we had to call the front desk to have very large spiders removed from our villa because they kept ending up in our bedroom. It was really difficult to relax and go to sleep at night when we were worried about huge spiders coming under the large gap under the door and into our bedroom. On the first night some of the electrics in the villa complex also went out which meant our garden lights stopped working and we couldn't sit by our pool in the evenings. This still wasn't fixed when we checked out. Breakfast was average. I tried two coffees while we were here, both of which were abysmal and had to be thrown away. The banana pancakes I had were passable. You also couldn't close or lock the bathroom door from the inside which meant there wasn't much privacy going to the bathroom. Overall this was an extremely disappointing stay. The only plus point for this hotel was the lovely male staff members who were really friendly and helpful. However we would definitely not stay here again when we return to Gili Air and will not be recommending this hotel. This stay nearly ruined our honeymoon and we desperately wished we had booked somewhere else. In conclusion, the female member of staff here needs some customer training and if you like clean places and you aren't a fan of insects you definitely shouldn't book here.

Utara Villas was our best stay in Bali. We took one of the two room villas with private swimming pool and the staff made it such a comfortable and pleasant experience for us. You can rent bikes, book private or group boat tours, join workshops, etc. They have a lot of offerings. If we ever go back to Gili islands, we will definitely stay at Utara Villas again.

We stayed in this resort for 3 nights and had a pleasant stay. It is a modern resort with a great location next to the beach. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and each room has their own garden with private pool. We had some problems with the electricity, and got offered another room. In both rooms the AC was not the best, even when putting it on 16 degrees it was not super cool in the room, but it was sufficient. The breakfast was good. Overall a nice resort to stay at in Gili Air!

We had an incredible stay at Meno Island Villas! We had the 2-bedroom, private pool villa and stayed for almost a week. 'Google', Din, Yan, and As were awesome hosts, super friendly and always smiling, they went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and fun. Our rooms were very comfortable, and had everything we needed. We loved using our private pool 3/4 times per day. We also had breakfast included each morning, with a good menu to choose from. It also happened to be my birthday during our stay, and the guys went out of their way to not let me forget it! They also catered to our every need, helping us carry our bags, ordering and delivering food like 'room service' from across the island, a never-ending supply of Bintangs, helping us get the best prices on tours, the service was better than I would expect at home. Could not be more complimentary!! In terms of location, getting around Gili Meno was easy, we walked everywhere (but you can take a horse and cart). You can also rent a bike, but be warned, some areas (particularly on the tracks closest to the ocean) are very sandy, so you would have to get off and walk those, but the further inland you go the more ridable the tracks. Meno Island Villas is pretty much in the centre of the island, so its close to everything. It's roughly 10mins walk to the west coast where the best snorkelling spots are (statues and turtles) as well as all the good bars/restaurants on the island. It's maybe 12mins walk the other way to the east coast where the port is, and probably 15mins to the top of the island where the best sunrise/sunset is. We explored Gili Air and Gili Trawangan on day trips as well which 'Google' helped us organise, and these were very enjoyable, I'd highly recommend going to both of them too. Gili Meno is definitely the quietest of the 3 islands (particularly during the evenings) if that is what you're after, but the snorkelling spots are PACKED during the day. A local described the islands as Meno is the honeymoon island, Trawangan is the party island and Air is the mushroom island! Getting between the islands is very easy. I suggest approaching people directly yourself though, don't go through the shuttle companies and pay 450pp, we averaged 250 for 4 people on private boats, so you can definitely negotiate pretty heavily. In the end, we had an amazing time, filled with great memories and we didn't want to leave!
