The connection was good everywhere we went, except for the mountainous area on the way to Dalat and back. Both calls and internet worked perfectly. It was installed without any problems. As soon as we landed, I turned on the eSIM, turned off my own, and found a network almost immediately. Two other people in the group also used the same eSIM, and everything worked fine for everyone. 6GB per day is more than enough, and you can even sell it on the side. The only significant drawback is that there's no way to find out your phone number. I tried to check with support, but they only had a bot programmed with a few standard questions, which didn't help at all. I ended up calling a phone number with a known number and looking it up on that phone. Otherwise, it's a very convenient service and great connection.

The online purchasing process was straightforward, and the setup was hassle-free. One important detail for fellow travellers: the connection did not activate immediately at the HCM airport immigration area. However, it connected perfectly once I reached the arrivals hall. I did have to restart my phone a couple of times to trigger the initial connection, but after that, the network coverage was excellent throughout my entire trip. Highly recommended for reliable data in Vietnam.
