Just back from staying at the marina suite are first time staying at this hotel as we always stay over by Amadores beach as soon as we walk into the reception we were greeted by a lovely receptionist went up to are apartment and omg it was amazing the view from the balcony was breathtaking and the pool we used as well was stunning big shout out to the lovely lifeguard with blond hair he was so kind and as if I needed assistance due to having mobility issues the other lifeguard with dark hair hardly saw him.to all the cleaners were amazing and hard workers they deserve a medal. Puerto rico beach we went once and beware they only take card payments if you go to Amadores beach they take cash we use taxis to get around which are very cheap.to anyone who has mobility issues the apartment is on a flat overlooking the marina also there is a supermarket about 10 minutes away through the tunnel and the marina suites do have shopping trolleys to use for free so thank you marina suite for making are holiday amazing hopefully see you again oh and one last thing if you are a smoker you can smoke on the balcony and also there is a smoking area by the infinity pool

Just got back from 7 days in this fantastic hotel, we stayed bed and breakfast and it was well worth it, the choice is limited but well cooked and always fresh. The pool and sun terrace are great small but enough sunbeds for all. The staff are very kind and friendly but a special mention for Fran he was amazing very friendly very professional and personal made us feel like we where the only people staying their he is a massive asset to the hotel. Thank you for angreat time we will.be back. Pros, Clean, quite more like small boutique hotel exceptional service. Cons, to be honest it's not a con as 85% of the hotles are up hill, but be aware if you have mobility issues mind te taxis asr so cheap.

Good value hotel, very clean, decent location. Don't need much more than that. Can't understand why there are so many poor reviews. Usually I'd filter out any hotels with less than 4.5 TripAdvisor stars. However, this place surpassed my expectations and was significantly cheaper than others nearby, that ive also stayed in. Plenty of bed available during my stay at the pool. Pretty mixed spread of guests between British and Spanish. Steep hill to walk to the hotel, but so is anywhere in Peurto Rico. One issue - i had an early check out this morning and the reception was shut. So I couldn't get to main entrance for my bus. Had to go out the front and walk a few hundred yards up hill. An explanation of that would have been nice upon arrival. Also unable to check in to room until 3pm on arrival, which isn't ideal when you're dressed for the UK and been up since early morning.

Arrived on Monday evening with Jet2 holidays, this is Saturday,. Check in very smooth, always nice to be recognised as a return guest. Told us we’d get wine delivered to room the next day as is usual, still waiting! A bottle of wine isn’t important but why say it and not do it? Paid a bit more for Royal Suites, they are nicely furnished and have very comfortable beds. Disappointed that the pool isn’t open as was looking forward to a peaceful pool. No one from Jet2 advised of this, check in didn’t tell us either, no notices anywhere only found out when we arrived on 5th floor to find the door locked. A couple of days later asked at royal reception if the pool would be open any time soon and the only answer was “No”! As usual the apartment complex is lovely and clean, staff very pleasant and the balconies and position of complex in the resort makes up for a lot. We will be back soon
