"Good location. Persistent electronic issues with the TV. Unclear if there's hotel service in the room – perhaps better to explain online. Incorrect parking garage price on the website – needs to be updated. Also expensive compared to other parking garages. The garage isn't immediately optimal and access is quite complicated via the secured streets and one-way traffic – several codes are needed, which isn't always easy when you're alone."

The hotel is located in the centre of Hasselt and therefore the shops are accessible at walking distance. It was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly. The only point less is that the hotel has no own parking area and you must parking at the Qpark, this is €21 per day.

Cindy Y.The hotel is pricey for what it offers. Modern architecture with glass, beautiful hall with a classy Christmas tree and restaurant that fullfil 4 stars. But the king room (more than 200 euro per night ) was like 3 stars max.. Basic interior and materials. Slippers were missing which the receptionist promised to bring but didn't happen. The bathtub was scary, black pieces came out when we turned on the bubble function. After the water drained, we saw what was there...
The swimming pool had a sewer smell where there were holes for water...
Would not return.

Hotel had already demolished the swimming pool 4 years ago and no more swimming pool!!!??? While when booking it says hotel with swimming pool 🤔🫤😇
As a Trip customer, I don't expect any false information!!!
It was disappointing for my 9-year-old daughter and us as parents🥲

Rada K.We really enjoyed our stay! Staying in a castle was such a lovely experience and made the visit feel quite special.
We really liked the room as well — it was spacious, clean, and had a wonderfully comfortable, big bed. The breakfast was delicious, and we also really enjoyed the beautiful lobby and the overall atmosphere of the hotel.
It’s a pity we only stayed for one night — we would definitely come back and stay longer next time!:)

Premium looking room. Big TV, mini-fridge, spacious and beautiful bathroom. Welcoming drink on arrival.
Bed mattress is too soft. 2 small pillows are too small and uncomfortable to sleep on and should be replaced for bigger and better ones.
Air conditioning is practically non existent, some noise and not sufficient cooling. When the weather is hot outside, the room is like a sauna and torture to sleep in.

Guest UserConvenient transportation, ten minutes drive from Maastricht
There is a supermarket nearby, convenient for buying daily necessities
Older room
No air conditioning, it’s too hot in summer, it still feels hot when the skylight is open
Maybe in Europe.
Parking is free
There is an Ole for more than ten kilometers around

Everything was perfect, the breakfast was excellent 👍 the staff was lovely (reception, food, etc.). The only downside was the lack of parking. I spent 45 minutes looking for the municipal parking lot I was directed to, but in vain! As a result, I got a €25 fine because I was parked in front of the hotel; I had no choice.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 days. On Saturday, at 3 p.m., we can start sleeping by noise from the surrounding cafe and noise calls in the street. Breakfast buffet was not regularly supplemented. We had to ask for, for example, fruit juice, charcuterie and/or other ink, and if it was supplemented it was just put on the scale with the hands directly from the plastic packaging. So not so hygienic. The night of Sunday and Monday was very well sleeped with nearby coffee. Breakfast was better.
