Hilton Vacation Club The Modern Honolulu

Waikiki
The hotel is an affordable price with simple and clean environment. The room looks new and tidy which make me pick for my four nights stay. More importantly they offer cheap parking charge compared to other hotels in Waikiki. There are two bottle of water to be provided each day and you can redeem for free in front desk which is appreciated, you can also take the refilling water in lobby. Microwave is provided in each room too.

Nestled along the serene shores of Waikoloa, the Hilton Waikoloa Village is a haven of luxury and tranquility. Our recent stay at this breathtaking resort was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the impeccable service, stunning accommodations, and picturesque surroundings. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. The check-in process was smooth, and to our delight, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Royal Suite in the palace tower. Stepping into our suite, we were greeted by spacious elegance and panoramic views of the beach and lagoon. Every detail, from the plush furnishings to the tasteful decor, exuded luxury and comfort. The grounds of the Hilton Waikoloa Village are a true testament to paradise. Meticulously maintained gardens, winding pathways, and cascading waterfalls create an oasis of serenity amidst the lush landscape. We spent hours exploring the resort, discovering hidden gems around every corner. Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean Tower Waikoloa Village

I was surprised at how big the resort hotel was. There was a tram, but no boats. The service to make inquiries in Japanese ended in March. The shuttle bus to the nearby shopping mall was $5 one way, so I walked there (just over 20 minutes). The room was spacious, but the water flow in the bathtub was not so good. From the room, you could see the golf course and the sea. The grounds are large, so I got up early in the morning and took a walk, which felt great. The best spots to see the sunset were written on the map of the grounds, so I was able to see a really beautiful sunset. There were sea turtles and dolphins, and a fun pool, so I had a wonderful time.
The Westin Maui Resort & Spa, Ka'anapali
4.3/555 Reviews
We had a brief but really fun stay here at the Westin Maui Resort and Spa. We were warmly greeted by the sweetest staff member, Megumi. She heard that it was our dream one day to stay here and for our 16th anniversary we made it happen, and she surprised us with Leis! It was incredible. The staff here are attentive and kind and so welcoming! Michael with Maui Gold pineapples made sure to tell us all about the resident HUGE fish in the Koi pond, a cousin to the piranha, whose name is “Mitch”. The kids loved the fun facts he shared, as well as offering us some of his delicious Maui Gold Pineapple and some chocolate buckeyes he generously shared with us. The lobby had our complimentary coffee for guests from 6-9am, and a fun flamingo (yes, there are FLAMINGOS!) and koi feeding at 9am. Upon arrival we were also given two complimentary tickets to grab a cocktail or mocktail at their poolside bar. There were other complimentary offerings as well that we did not take advantage of. The kids spent most of their time on the waterslides. Poolside seating can be difficult to find if you arrive later than 10am, but if you’re patient and keep an eye out, a space usually opens up. The location can’t be beat as it’s directly next door to Whalers, which has great shopping and restaurants that are beachfront. Awesome snorkeling at Black Rock is a short 5-7 min beach walk from the hotel. We were really happy with our stay! Our room faced the mountains and we had a gorgeous view of the sunrise. There are private adult only hot tubs (one infinity sand bottom!) and pools as well. Water bottle filling stations are found on the lobby floor. Excellent choice for families. $35 self park fee or $45 valet.

For only one night, we booked a room with breakfast, breakfast has two packages to choose from, depending on personal preference. Hotel facilities are slightly old, and the room and bathroom are slightly cramped. The surrounding environment is OK.

Grand Wailea Resort Hotel & Spa, A Waldorf Astoria Resort
4.5/5122 Reviews
Checked in early and managed to get a better room than the one I was initially slated to stay in. View was amazing. Been to the Grand Wailea a couple times before but this was the first visit where I went to check out the fitness center and found it to be a highlight of the stay. Lots of great equipment, open 24 hrs, and almost always empty (except for early in the morning when I saw a few other guests). Wish I could use the facility without being a guest. If I had to pick a downside to it, then it would probably be renovations going on. Although the noise never bothered me during the stay, it was mostly an aesthetic annoyance with the signs and blocked off areas.

Western Honolulu
Uhhhhh..... We stayed in this hotel because our flight got in late and we needed a place close to the airport to crash for one night. This hotel fits that purpose well. That said, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for any other situation other than the one I just described. They were pumping sewage right outside of our door the morning we woke up. Also, our room key didn't work the morning we were checking out. The only other positive of this hotel is that it is within walking distance of THE BEST little food place we came across on our whole trip: Joe's Grill Express. We cannot wait to come back so we can visit Joe's again.

Waikiki
This resort is excellent with three swimming pool and a large Lagoom and only walking distance to the beach. You can find everything you need in this resort and there are ABC stores inside and we can buy all our souvenirs very easy. I will strongly recommend this hotel to my friend. Just one things that there is no bottle water provided and no boiling machine and you need to buy your bottle water on your own.
