First time to xinxiang and always got this recommendation. The stay was comfortable and the hotel is big and the staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast spread is very good and you need time to enjoy it properly.

Out of all my business trips, this hotel is by far the most satisfying! The lobby is grand and beautifully decorated, making you feel very comfortable. The desk in the room is large, perfect for long working sessions, and there's complimentary bottled water and tea bags. The bathroom has excellent hot water and strong water pressure, making showers incredibly relaxing. Since it was cold, the air conditioning in my room was thoughtfully turned on before I checked in. The front desk staff were very professional; both check-in and check-out were quick, and they even arranged a car to the airport. Overall, it's great value for money, with fantastic service and facilities. I'll definitely be back for my next business trip!

The night view from the hotel window was absolutely stunning, definitely worth the room rate. However, the underground parking lot was a bit disappointing; it just didn't match the quality of the rest of the hotel. But then I checked, and apparently the hotel was built in 2006, so it's actually held up remarkably well. At least, even today, both the hotel facilities and the window view are still quite good.

Overall, it was a good experience. The room layout was well-designed, making it easy to store belongings, and the soundproofing was decent. Although there's a road and a shopping mall diagonally across, which can be noisy during the day with loudspeakers, it was very quiet at night. The breakfast was quite extensive, and the coffee was excellent. The hotel staff were all very friendly, helping with luggage and greeting guests with smiles. The front desk, in particular, proactively offered information about the local area. Bella Li, especially, was very attentive and helpful when assisting me with extending my stay. My only suggestion would be to add trash cans in the public areas on the first floor; their absence was a bit inconvenient.

As always, Hilton provides a reliable and reassuring stay. The room quality and service level here are arguably top-tier in the local area. Every time I visit Zhengzhou, my biggest fear is that the hotel won't live up to expectations, especially the smoke smell, which has almost become a norm. As someone with severe nasal allergies, this experience is truly tormenting. Before checking in this time, I specifically requested a non-smoking room with absolutely no trace of smoke. Belle, the lobby manager, was incredibly attentive. She personally inspected the room and confirmed there was no residual smoke smell before arranging for my check-in. The moment I entered the room, I let out a sigh of relief. The room was fresh and comfortable, allowing me a rare moment of relaxation. Many thanks to Belle and all the service staff for their professionalism and attention to detail. This level of service makes me unhesitatingly decide: next time I'm in Zhengzhou, this will still be my first choice.

I chose this hotel when I traveled to Yuntaishan, and I was quite satisfied! It is a garden-style hotel, without the pressure of high-rise buildings. Entering the hotel is like entering a park shaded by greenery. The ground parking lot is large and convenient for parking. The hotel is more like a maze, and it is magnificent! The room is spacious and comfortable, and outside the window is a lakeside path shaded by green trees, with beautiful scenery! The hotel service is very thoughtful, and all the service staff are smiling and gentle, which makes people feel very warm! The breakfast is rich, with both Chinese and Western food, and the quality is good 👍 A hotel with super cost-effectiveness, highly recommended!

When I took a taxi, the driver told me this was one of Kaifeng's only two five-star hotels, so my expectations were a bit high. **Amenities**: It has a gym, but no laundry room, which is a bit inconvenient. **Cleanliness**: Perhaps due to the decor, the vintage colors and dark tones make it look a bit old. **Environment**: It's located within a wetland park, offering a first-class environment. The hotel's decor is very distinctive. Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden and Wanshou Mountain are right outside, and the hotel also provides a shuttle service, which was a key reason we chose it. **Service**: The service doesn't quite live up to what you'd expect from a five-star hotel; there's room for improvement in service quality.

This time in Zhengzhou, I chose the InterContinental next to David City, and my stay was very comfortable. Facilities: It's a relatively new hotel, so everything is pleasant and well-maintained. Cleanliness: The room was very clean. Service: The service was friendly and attentive. One day, we forgot to remove the 'Do Not Disturb' sign before heading out, and when we returned, we found a notice slipped under the door by housekeeping, informing us that the room hadn't been cleaned. This shows their strong commitment to guest privacy. Environment: The arrival hall is on the first floor. The lobby is on the seventh floor, and you need to switch elevators on the same floor to reach the guest rooms. Staying on the 19th floor offered a great view overlooking People's Park. The breakfast was extensive, and I even got to try local specialties like Henan Stewed Noodles.

The room, though small, had everything we needed and was very cozy. We stayed with two four-year-olds, and the front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The airport shuttle service was punctual and attentive. The wake-up call for our early flight was perfectly timed, and they even thoughtfully arranged an emergency breakfast for us.

I had an early flight the next morning, so I just booked a hotel randomly, and it turned out to be a real gem! We arrived at the airport around 8 PM. I called the hotel, and within five minutes, the driver called back saying he'd be there shortly. As we were on an international flight with a ton of luggage, a double crib, and two kids, Master Xiao went above and beyond, helping us with all the bags, keeping an eye on the children, and then driving us back to the hotel and even helping us take our luggage upstairs. The next morning, we had to rush for our 6:30 AM flight, and Master Xiao was there again, helping us get all the luggage downstairs. He repeated the whole process, and you could really feel his incredible work ethic and strength 👍. The hotel also offered warm white fungus soup, helped us combine beds, and installed bed rails. I honestly think their service is on par with Haidilao! My only regret is that we arrived and left in the dark, so I didn't even get to see what the hotel looked like. 😂
