Excellent location for taking high speed train. 10 minutes walk to the station. Exit from west side of the station and you can see the hotel on the far right. About 20-30 minutes to go to museums and town center. Room is of good size and clean. We found some smell of cigarette and service desk helped to replace pillow promptly. Breakfast choice, however, is limited.

First time in Luoyang! This hotel location is good, room spacious! Counter reception young lively and professional! Very impressive by their professionalism! Highly recommended to stay in this hotel! There is a good restaurant just beside…must try n only 2min walking distance! Overall a very good experience for first timer like me who travel to Luoyang!thumb up to the front desk loving smiling staffs🙏🙏🙏🙏made my stay a beautiful n memorable one! Convenient location near the railway station. In general, the conditions are very good, especially liked the European breakfast with a huge selection of dishes and excellent coffee. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool at the morning. It was especially pleasant that fruit was waiting for us in the room, and when we left, we were given a gift from the hotel - a nice figure of the shaolin monk. The only wish is to add an additional set of shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner to the bathroom, because when you take the bathroom, then you want to wash immediately, rather than run to the shower. The staff is polite and speaks English.

The hotel is newly opened, the decoration is very new, very clean, the monitoring and fire protection facilities are relatively complete, and it feels safe. It is located opposite the Xigong Street, which is very convenient to go anywhere. When I left something behind, the front desk lady also helped to send it back and gave me a souvenir. The five-day trip to Luoyang during the National Day ended perfectly. It was a bit tiring but also full of gains.

The room is really nice and the location is very good. Walking distance to railway station also to the business district. What I amazed is how helpful the reception staff is. I sent a package from another city and somehow it there was a mistake from the courier and it wasn’t arrived in this hotel on time. The reception help me to call the courier for more than 30 minutes because i couldn’t speak Chinese and I don’t have Chinese number as well.

Minor issues with checking in using my passport but besides that. The hotel was clean. Rooms are large dark when needed. They provided an air purifier in the room. I did find that the rooms were not so sound proof so if you sleep lightly it may impact you. They did provide ear buds besides the bed to help negate this. For an airport hotel it’s as good as it usually gets.

Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast, location very convenient next to the Longhai Expressway. Cleaners make sure your room is clean and has water every day, I loved every day of my stay here.

It is very charming and you feel like you are walking into an ancient Chinese village as you approach the hotel. The rooms are lovely and overlook a willow tree by a stream, right out of a Chinese painting. The owner is very friendly and helpful and gave us a room upgrade with a huge bed. The resident cat is also super friendly. Breakfast is delivered to your room. I left my favourite hat behind when I checked out and the owner kindly couriered it my home. We all enjoyed our stay.

Airport pick-up service: good! Welcome fruit tea: sweet and sour, I like it! Facilities: There are electric curtains! Hygiene: I can listen to opinions! I stayed at Kaifu International Hotel at the Xinzheng airport for one night due to bad weather. The hotel is only 3 minutes drive away from the terminal and its shuttle pick-up service is almost immediate once you call their front desk (*************). It also has frequent drop-off service. The room is large and well maintained with all necessities. Clean as new. They even allowed me to reuse the room after l checked out but needed to use it for some time to deal with airline re schedule due to weather cancellations. After that they stored my luggage for two days. I want to mention that the shuttle driver, Mr Zhang, is very nice and helpful. He not only helped with my heavy luggage but also brought them to the terminal when I returned to the airport for my re-scheduled flight one day later. His smile warms me up during the snow storm that caused so much travel interruptions. Staff on hand don’t really have strong English language skills. 1km away from the nearest subway, but takes you 1.5hrs to the city centre. But given it’s 1/10th the price of a taxi, still reasonable. Gym is clean and relatively new. Hardly used. Simple meals at the restaurant is affordable, but just local noodle dish. However as an airport layover hotel, it’s as good as it gets. Airport transfer service is every hourly 24/7, and complimentary. Takes you 15 mins to get to the airport. It’s another 15mins walk to then nearest ***** mall, which again is mainly local foods and some sports/apparel stores.

Location is 1 min away next to subway or dongshilipu exit E. Next to hotel is a small mall with a lot of food options from restaurants to small eats. Easy to get to erqi mall, corn tower, east rail station. Hotel surrounding is peaceful at night so it’s nice. Stayed in room with executive lounge excess with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail. Breakfast is good and Evening cocktail has hot food so worth to go if you have this option. Afternoon tea is optionally as mainly drinks. Gym is huge and not crowded and open 24 hrs so if you need a hotel with gym ,this is good choice . Only area for hotel to improve is room temperature in room doesn’t seem to be able to adjust to be cooler.. lucky visit in not in summer.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Wanda Vista, Zhengzhou this past weekend. The accomodations were spectacular, the room was beautiful and comfortable, and the Executive Lounge was amazing. The views from our room and the lounge were fantastic, and the buffet breakfast had everything you could want. However it was the excellent service we received from Selina in the Executive Lounge that will have us coming back to this hotel. She was so friendly and gracious everytime we spoke to her, and she made a point of coming to our room to make sure we had everything we needed. With excellent English, she was able to serve us in a way that is not always common in many high-end hotels here. Selina is a huge reason why we enjoyed our stay, and we promised her we will be coming back on a monthly basis as a result. Thank you Selina!!

The hotel is strategically located, very close to the Convention and Exhibition Center. The staff in the hotel are very enthusiastic and greet you during your stay. Kiki is very friendly and helps to upgrade the room type to meet customer needs. She is very considerate and helps solve problems when asked. The room is very spacious and it is a great stay. The bed is very comfortable, the drinks in the room are also free, and the toiletries are individually packaged, which is great. I will come again if I have the opportunity in the future.

Came to Zhengzhou on a business trip, got off the high-speed rail station and came to the nearest Courtyard by Marriott. The overall feeling was very good. Enjoyed so much of the great services, great people around, beautiful scene and the delicious food...I was in a family visit in Luoyang, and stayed for about two weeks, every morning starting with a rich buffet breakfast, with beautiful surroundings. The team members are so wonderfully trained, friendly, professional, considerate....I would guess this probably is due to the great leadership of the Hotel, since I have a couple of times interacted with the manager Daniel Chang, he is knowledgeable, responsible, considerate and dedicated to work hard to ensure the best service quality of the hotel. I can go on and on, to mention each one of the hotel teams I met...if you get a chance to visit Luoyang, try Ramada by Wyndham Luoyang Downtown, hope you will have the same experience as I did.

Stayed for four nights in a row. I must say that this is a hotel that will make you fat. Every day there are full plates of fruits, snack packs, instant noodles, and in the evening there are tangerine peel and red bean paste (super delicious), taro paste and sago, yogurt... Christian's Hotel has the best service I have experienced at any hotel anywhere in the world. The staff were universally outstanding. It was impossible to single out any one staff member for special praise as they were all excellent. We felt like welcomed friends all the time. The cleanliness and design of the hotel are also of the highest quality. The only 'negatives' I have are that there is no lobby bar. The restaurant on the 18th floor gives great views. Surely a small section of the restaurant could be converted to provide a lobby bar? The location is also nothing great. There's nothing wrong with the location, there's just nothing great about it either. It's near a subway station, so getting to attrractions is easy, but there's nothing much in the area around the hotel, no great places to eat, no attractions to take a morning or evening walk to. Those aside, we would 100% definitely stay there again.

The hotel is difficult to book at a standard rate during the National Holiday, but the service from 小樊 is excellent. He tried his best to accommodate us and even upgraded our room the first night. We’re very grateful for 小樊 for making our over all experience better.

Great value hotel! I booked this hotel at Dahehui because I wanted to watch the Goddess of Luo River performance in the evening. All the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, but I must give special thanks to Madame Karen Zhang, the lobby manager, (张静 is her Chinese name). She went out of her way by changing telephone conversations with me in advance to make my trip smooth. I originally booked a two-bed business room for my stay. As she found out that I have some relatives coming to visit me, she upgraded me to a larger room, making it easier for us to sit around. The hotel restaurant is also very good. Well I did not dine anywhere else in Luoyang this time, I have a little doubt it must be one of the best ones around. The hotel facilities are quite modern and the rooms clean and comfortable.

The hotel is in a good location and very quiet. You cannot park on the ground of the hotel, you must park in the underground mechanical parking space, which is more technical. Larger off-road vehicles cannot park in because the width of the mechanical parking space is set to 1900 mm. The air conditioning of the hotel was under maintenance and there was no cooling. Early check-in without fees (usually kasi in Pinas may fees for early check-in and late check-out. I arrived 2 hrs earlier tanong ko kaagad sa front desk if I can check-in early ang sagot Keyi👌 without additional fees 2. Airport Pickup and Drop Off for Free 3. Clean, comfy and spacious room. Ofc, very tahimik ( I didn't feel winter inside napaka warm) 4. Lahat automatic like switch, 🚽 etc (expected sa China) 5. I only paid it for only 163rmb (around 1,300 php very good deals right? Kala ko just a very normal rooms but it was beyond my expectations 6. Breakfast for only 16rmb unli buffet (around 125php sulit na sulit ) 7. There's a gym inside, nearby supermarkets, near the airport and more.... I leave a thank you letter in my room upon checking out for my friend. Dunno if the hotel staff will contact the person, I just wanted to surprise him since I'm returning back to my country today. I'll definitely comeback in Zhengzhou and will stay again at Shi Hang Hotel 👌
