The experience of spending several days relaxing in the hotel was very enjoyable. Everything in the hotel was perfect, Starting from the nice rooms till the way the staff treat the guests. Special thanks to the animation team, especially Ainura, she was a very nice, friendly and helpful person. She helped us to enjoy our time there. Also special thanks to Chef Imad for listening to all the comments about the food and for his keenness to provide the best possible quality and service. I hope to visit the place again

First of all, the hotel is very clean, the sea and the pools are incredibly beautiful. You see all kinds of fish in the sea. There are hot pools for children. They are very good at cleaning. I think the restaurants are sufficient, you can find something to eat and drink. I would like to thank Mohammed Ali, Ahmed Yahia and Ahmed Essam who work at the restaurant. They took special care of us every day. The Animation Team is an excellent, very friendly team. I also thank them. Of course, everything is not perfect, but I think it is the best hotel you can go to with your family. Thank you Pickalbatros Royal Moderna.

i didn’t regret choosing Sunrise Arabian for a vacation place, this is actually my surprise vacation gift for my family and it was our very first time there. they have a fantastic and impressive animation team. they are extremely hilarious and they engage with everyone in the resort well. we appreciate their support and especially their senior management team, whose actions are very obvious. and also, Abram was the finest; he was so kind and helpful and assisted us with everything while we were there.

For Italians, Domina feels like feeling at home, beautiful views, staff always available. The only flaw is the repetitive, but quality food. Advise

The hotel is very cost-effective. The price of more than 300 yuan includes three meals, swimming pool and small water park. It is very friendly to friends who don't have a very high budget. But the price determines the quality. The facilities in the room are relatively old. Everyone should have psychological expectations and look at it objectively. This time the registration went terribly. They said the price when booking is irrelevant, they have changed the contract through online booking. I had to pay another $ 6 for one room for two! although they already paid $ 8 without food, as before. This time I had to pay extra. argued for a long time, did not want to listen to us. From the start to the end of our 7 day stay we had no problems .The Staff from room service to the restaurant were friendly and helpful even to say that at times went out of they way to make sure that you was happy with everything. All inclusive is the way to go. Food was varied every day and of good quality. The 3 day Spa trea**ent was so needed and worth it leaving us feeling renewed. Location is very good with a beach a matter of yards away. Pool side had plenty of lounge bed and was very nice surrounds just to laze around in the sun which is what we done only doing 1 trip Quad biking/Camel riding and star gazing. It was a totally Relaxing Chilled out well deserve break from the full on daily routine of Life. We would considered coming back again next year.

Consequently, I acknowledge potential subjectivity in my assessment, given the bustling nature of the occasion. Regrettably, the hotel appeared rather commonplace in the context of Sharm, failing to meet my preconceived expectations. Service standards, in particular, fell short in comparison to establishments of a lower tier. A discernible lack of order and organization was evident, notably during the check-in and check-out procedures, which seemed marred by temporary capacity challenges. Despite these shortcomings, a commendable aspect was the amiable and responsive nature of many staff members encountered. Their professionalism in addressing my concerns with empathy was noteworthy. Contemplating a return stay at White Hills Hotel warrants careful consideration. The observed lapses in service and organization may be contextualized within the framework of the hotel's current capacity constraints, urging a reconsideration when conditions are more favorable

It is an all-inclusive luxury hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh. It is very close to the airport. We have a 150-pound taxi. It is expensive and should be cut to 100. Advantages: 1. The staff at this hotel make your stay extremely wonderful! I would have not enjoyed my stay if it wasn’t for this amazing group of hard workers! From Mina and Jan at front desk, to Eshak from the cleaning crew, he always used to leave me towel art and made sure every day I wasn’t missing anything. Kero at the bar pool by the beach is amazing, such a hard worker yet he always has a smile on his face, always remembered my drink and would make it as he sees me walking to the pool! Fares, Sayed and Nassef at the restaurant by the pool were incredible, always smiling and had the best service! They go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. Matta from the pool towels would always set up my towel in the exact spot he knew I liked every day! Tokka from the entertainment team was super kind and always encouraged people to join in the activities and if it wasn’t their thing he would just hang out with them for a bit and get to know the guests. The whole entertainment team was super friendly, and would never push anyone to do their activities. The rooms are nice and big, beach is wonderful as any beach in Sharm, however they’re dock to let you go in the water is actually very well done compared to other hotels in Sharm. Really like the fact that there was access to shallow water too. Food was good but very repetitive menu I found. Only negative I found was the distance of the rooms to the beach or reception depending where your room is. I was in building 18 by the beach, so to go up to the reception was tiring at times, however they do have shuttle buses every few minutes to help with that. Other thing I noticed is the higher management aren’t always very nice to the staff, the staff typically work over 12h if not more in the day and I saw instances where the GM was very mean to the staff because the owner of the hotel was coming. It felt like they were being treated like animals and not humans at times.

We have recently returned from our 12th visit, secure in the knowledge that we are guaranteed the warmest of welcomes from the friendliest staff, where nothing is too much trouble. Many of the long serving staff feel like family, and it is always a delight to catch up with them. We befriended a few first-time visitors during our stay who agreed that the Palace has a special ambience and they would not hesitate to return. The animation team, which seem to change team members with each visit were an enthusiastic bunch of six, who kept us entertained throughout the day and evening without being intrusive, and we were happy to join in a lot of activities in between relaxing. The new bar area and the updated Ali Baba restaurant is very impressive, and very popular. The booking system via the QR code works very well. As in a previous review, there are some suggestions I could offer, an example would be to vary the evening entertainment, perhaps a quiz on the terrace earlier around 20.00 rather than leave it until 22.30 in the Borsalino - as it would appear that the events in the pub are poorly attended. Also possibly reinstate the reservation of sunbeds at the pool and the beach should they not be occupied for over 2-3 hours, this would give people sufficient time to go and eat breakfast/lunch, or take the boat to the reef for a snorkel. Finally, please try your best to get the air conditioning fixed in the bar before the real hot weather kicks in (I guess you are waiting on a component), most guests enjoy sitting outside, but when no space is available the only other option is to sit in reception, particularly if you wish to chat and not have to shout over the regular singers. This is not a problem of course as it would seem that the bar service extends to this area, but we did feel sorry for the bar staff working so hard in the overheated bar. Keep doing what you are doing Iberotel Palace and you are guaranteed many return guests.

Arrived very late, hot and cold food available before going to our room. On waking the next day we saw that we had been given a garden view room although we had paid for a side sea view room,we decided to stay put as we were quite happy with the location. What a beautiful place. All staff couldn’t do enough for you wether tipped or not. They work so hard and will do anything to help. Really happy with the food choices. The a la carte restaurants were great, in fact we went to the Indian restaurant 4 times. Mohammed and staff were very attentive, and the best Nan breads we’ve tasted. Lots of beach areas,we used the adults only beach. Snorkelling from the jetty was fantastic and we did this every day Pools lovely and clean. We used the adults only pool, the sun beds are the comfiest I’ve been on. We really enjoyed this holiday that we had with our friends. We would definitely return in fact I’ve already been looking for next year. Get yourself booked up,you won’t be disappointed.

The hotel was Paradise, but Trip.com didn't pay the hotel, so I stood outside and waited for 4 hours ^^ Sad reality.... If you can take into account the 4-hour wait... If you do, you can pay first and ask Trip.com to pick it up later. Then you can double pay $200 for $100 for the hotel.) Maybe there is a system error, or all other hotels around the world are this way, but only Egypt It can be toxic sensitive! Be sure to know this before going, because 4 hours during a precious vacation can be really disappointing!

It was an excellent vacation at this hotel , everything was very very nice ( view , vibes , food , activities , services ) very clean , and the stuff is very friendly , professional and hard working , evey every thing was perfect , for sure it will not be the last time and i hope if i can stay longer

Excellent central location close to restaurants and the seafront, with high praise going to the free breakfast options (which were all yummy) and the roof terrace restaurant. Reception staff were always willing to help, even if English wasn’t always easy for them to understand. The room itself was fine though the Internet, like most places in Egypt, rarely works and the sink is run with seawater. The day trips offered are cheaper than on the seafront though don’t necessarily expect the best service from the tour guides.
