Very good. The facilities are sufficient. It is not possible, however, in a 5-star hotel, for the TV to be 25 inch HDready (i.e. 20 years old). Also the carpet on the floor must not have been changed since it was built.Also the entry card to the room was demagnetized twice within 24 hours.

An amazing hotel in a great location. It is a place of high aesthetics, where the visitor can experience absolute relaxation. The architecture of the buildings and the interior decoration, including the guest rooms, are exquisite. The exteriors and landscape architecture are dazzling. The beach is wonderful. Everything is meticulous in its detail. The breakfast is also excellent, providing countless delicious options. The Whatever/Whenever 24/7 concierge service is incredible. But what made this hotel stand out for me is their supreme professionalism, which I saw in the flawless manner in which they handled a minor housekeeping error. They managed to turn a flaw into their advantage, causing me not only to immediately forget the incident, but to admire and congratulate them. I highly recommend!

I will rate the place as 5 stars it says it is... In the short time we stayed there we had two encounters with two large red cockroaches on our welcome porch, thrown things behind the rooms, the bathrooms in the pool, the women's, were broken, so you had to go to the room every time, every now and then we had a program with speakers disturbing the peace, so that the French could have a good time, ignoring the rest.. the step in one part of the pool was taped for two days you couldn't use where I found the missing piece in the pool and gave it to them to fix... before an accident happens, cleaning pool outside with pressure machine 10:30am with all the people inside plus little kids bathing and all the dirt and grime getting into the pool and floating around for several hours...thankfully after bathers yelling to stop. .., the umbrellas to discipline us and they in turn not to open because most of them are rusty and torn.... It certainly doesn't resemble a 5-star hotel, especially at the price that was on offer.... The staff is very kind!!!! Too bad

The hotel front desk is very capable of solving problems. Due to the time difference, our reservation date was wrong, and the kind front desk guy quickly helped solve the problem.

Second stay at limeni village. Just gorgeous. The views are amazing. Rooms are big and we had a jacuzzi on tv balcony which was just wonderful. Rooms were cleaned every day. Breakfast is amazing with lots to choose from. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We will be back!

Checked in late at night but went as smooth as possible. Ocean view room was spacious and clean. Fresh, nicely pressed sheets on the bed. The breakfast should not be missed, fruit, meats, cheeses and hot food as well - I don't why but recommend the rice pudding I was a big fan 😅. Having your breakfast as you look upon the ocean is blissful. Gym gets the job done if you know what you're doing. Pool is big and welcoming. Bar is open until ”1AM” or there abouts. Personnel are accommodating and helpful. 15min walk from the town. Plenty of delightful restaurants in and around the town. Costa Rica has some excellent gyros. Costa dock is ~10min taxi to catch water taxis to the Spetsas etc - which is great in its own right. Great value, very comfortable stay, solid location, and exceptional personnel. 5/5 would recommend.

We very nearly didn't stay here because of the poor reviews. Our experience was excellent. Beautifully positioned, with outstanding views from the balconies and within a few minutes of lovely cafes, restaurants and the town square. Our bedroom was huge with spa bath, seperate toilet and shower and double wash basin. Bed very comfortable and the balcony with those amazing views! Breakfast was plentiful and all staff very helpful and friendly. Our room was on the 1st floor so had the potential to be noisy with adjacent road, but we heard nothing. Also, the balcony y here was very sheltered should there be winds. Yes there are a lot if switches to manage lighting/ curtains but you soon get used to these. I have already recommended this hotel to others - and we only left a couple of days ago!

Amazing location giving wonderful views…..but definitely not a five star hotel. No bar, main reception closed and new reception is a small office. overall in serious need of renovation. One of the main attractions of the hotel is that you can access the old town of Nafplio via lifts directly from the hotel. There were three and two had obviously been out of order for me many months m. The 3rd broke down while we were there and we had a long hot walk into town. The lift that does occasionally work is filthy , covered in graffiti and smells of urine and would be an embarrassment to a 1star hotel. Overall, over priced, dated and dejected. We stayed as we didn’t believe the other reviews… they were all accurate! Avoid

I feel compelled to respond to the 18 July response by management to the very accurate review of 10 July. Your insinuation of improper behaviour can only be a reference to us verbally expressing our disappointment (is that not allowed?) to you about the issues referred to in the review of 10 July, nothing else, and such a false insinuation should be immediately withdrawn. And on arrival we never expressed “liking the place and the view”(another false statement). Here is our experience: Before arrival our taxi man rang ahead to the hotel and we were greeted where the road basically ended by a girl from the hotel. In fairness she was pleasant. She led us up and down a series of steps, quite treacherous and slippy, and where in between there was a path,it was broken in parts. It was all very tricky, particularly carrying cases. To the hotel itself, our room was hugely disappointing. Very dated decor, net curtains badly in need of a wash, and worst of all, the bathroom. A shower head that attached to nothing, but rather hung loosely on a hose; a shower curtain (yes a curtain, so not properly enclosed) that was very grubby at the bottom, and mould very evident on it and on the walls, quite simply, horrible. The air conditioning in the bedroom worked but was very noisy. The breakfast is decent. But this is overshadowed by the above, and the following: To walk into town you walked down very steep, in many cases uneven, broken, and slippy steps which were very poorly lit when it got dark. So when we approached reception to express our concerns we were told by another girl, again pleasant it should be said, that yes, a previous guest had pointed out that the shower head didn’t hang anywhere but that “someone would put something in the wall for it to hang from, tomorrow.” Later on in the evening we were told this actually wouldn’t happen. We were also told that the hotel is located in a very old part of town and that the only way up and down was the steps. Agreed. And that it was difficult to negotiate. But we pointed out that nowhere on the hotel’s official website (which we booked directly through) did it say this. We were told it did. But we rechecked and took screenshots of same. It clearly doesn’t. And we were also told that in the confirmation email there was a link with directions to the hotel which stated that the steps might not be suitable for people with mobility issues. So we retrieved the confirmation email. No such link, directions, or advice existed. Please bear in mind that we are physically fit, with absolutely no mobility issues. But we have serious health and safety concerns in relation to the only way into and out of the town centre from the hotel itself. Broken ankles or hips etc., for some poor unfortunate are only a matter of time. And on asking could we be relocated to any other hotel we were told “I’ll check with my manager”(a manager we never got to see). Only to be told later, it’s not possible. Highly recommended! The location is very good, just on the edge of the Constitution Square, downstairs is the orange shop, the second floor and the third floor are rooms, the house is an old house, but the decoration is very new and modern, and the quality taste is online, the minibar is good, the linen is very comfortable, I looked at the full set of Greek local big brand COCO- MAT. Breakfast is a menu of choice, the number is not bad, Nafplio is rich in oranges, orange juice is delicious. We stayed at the B&B for the first time. This B&B subverted our impression of the B&B. Especially the linen can be said to be amazing. Generally speaking, if there is no high demand for breakfast, the standard of this B&B exceeds that of many international brand chain business hotels. Basically, it can reach the four-star level. In addition, because it is in the center of the old city, the small street next to the apartment cannot be parked. The car needs to be parked in the port parking lot or a slightly larger roadside parking space nearby (no charge for parking in the old city), but it is not too far to take the box, which is more convenient than most B&Bs on the hillside. (Ps: Apartment has elevator) In addition, if the budget is sufficient, Nafplio has a very good hotel Nafplio Palace Hotel, when we booked, we saw an evaluation that it was not convenient to eat far from the old city. We had to walk a short distance back to the hotel at night, so we didn't dare to book. When I arrived, I found that the hotel view was very good and there was a dedicated parking garage, and I could actually drive back and forth (the style and price of this Nafplio Palace can be analogous to Banyan Tree)

A beautiful hotel that has been stylishly refurbished in a classic style. We chose one of the larger rooms which had a sitting area, a king size bed, and a jacuzzi. It was comfortable and quiet. It had a very efficient and quiet aircon system. The common areas of the hotel had marble staircases and flooring which was really quite stunning. Breakfast was good with freshly cooked pastries on offer, but maybe could have done with muesli and fresh fruit options. The staff were very welcoming at all times. We left early before breakfast was served, but the receptionist went out of his way to provide us with coffee and freshly baked spinach tart for our journey. There is no parking at the hotel but a free public car park is nearby, however it is often busy so you may need to drive out to find a space.

When a hotel is really great, I review it for myself. I love looking back at my reviews to remember my most wonderful travel experiences. This will be one of those reviews. We found the beautiful Kinsterna Hotel is a coffee table book called “Great Escapes Greece”. Obviously, we checked TripAdvisor before booking! Kinsterna exceeded my expectations in so many ways. - We arrived late after the restaurants were closed. The staff (who seem to care for the place like they own it) offered to have club sandwiches waiting in our room. - They grow and make SO MUCH on site. Olives, oranges, marmalade, wine grapes, so many vegetables, etc. What hotel does that! Try the local Kidonitsa wine. - If I’m not mistaken, the pool was fresh water from a well. No chlorine, no salt. - The building has more than just history. Take the tour to learn how they turned ruins into a magnificent complex. - Seriously amazing value - I just wish the flights to Greece weren’t so expensive. - We stayed in a villa, which was built 10-15 years ago. Amazing craftsmanship like you never see any more. I wouldn’t stay there for the spa. The people were nice, but there was room for improvement.

We were there in spring 2023 for two weeks and found a place out of a dream. It was early in the season and there were not that many guest with us. It is an unbelievable place located on the seashore, far away from everything. The hotel and spa are amazing, the restaurant is very fine and the service personnel is simply a bummer. This is Greek hospitality at its best.

What a fantastic discovery. We choose the place using usual online booking plateforme, but we didn't expect such a great moment. You have in this pace everything to stay longer : with sports facilities, a nice and affordable restaurant close to the pool and a 3 km walk to reach the Archeological site. Hard to do better for such a reasonable price. Our best stay in Greece.

Pros: the hotel is a beautiful design, the ammenities are gorgeous and the rooms are large and quiet. There is a great masseur we had whose name I can’t remember but a lovely Indian man who was very knowledgeable and gave fantastic treatments. The sound bowl healing and meditation were great. The tour guide was exceptional who took us to the mystras fort - proper archeologist with a deep understanding of not only the local history but also the topography, flora and fauna. Highly recommend. Cons: the food is repetitive - the menu is the same for lunch and dinner for the whole week so after 3 days we were bored of it. They also refuse to allow you to order from the snack menu unless by the pool area and won’t serve things like sandwiches unless at specific times. I tried to get a chicken wrap one day at 3pm and it was impossible. On another day, to get a simple chicken, salad wrap cost 29 euro! The drive is about 3hrs from closest airports which is a bit of a downside - the drivers are great but it does really eat into your trip. When you consider needing to arrive 3hrs before an international flight and 3hrs transit it’s bulk of your day gone in transiting. Next time we would choose somewhere closer to a main transfer train or airport. The yoga wasn’t very good, it was more like stretching than yoga. I ended up just doing yoga videos from YouTube instead.

The hotel left mixed impressions. I liked a spacious room with two saunas and kitchens, cleanliness and beach with quality lying. Comfortable bed. Coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice were delicious. However, the minus were an inconvenient entrance along the gravel road with pits, dust from the beach road, dirty sea due to the storm would probably be cleaner in more calm weather conditions. The view from the window was not the best. The room lighting could be improved. In addition, it might be useful to make improvements such as installing mosquito nets on windows. The size of two TVs was unsatisfactory. A large and qualitative TV in the room could add more comfort. In addition, it would be nice to note that the service staff was friendly.

We stayed only for one night as we were passing by the area. But it was enough to say that this is a beautiful resort worth visiting again. The resort is in an amazing location with a small sandy beach with shallow, calm and crystal clear waters. A natural swimming pool ideal for kids and small children. The resort is build by stone with visible wooden roofs, beautiful and in line with local architecture. Rooms are spacious nicely decorated with nice and cozy bathrooms. All the hotel personnel are very kind and eager to help. The general manager is a very friendly and smart person who does care about the staff and the guests opinion, looking forward on improving the resort and the same applies for the front desk. The general feeling on these 24 hours in 100 roots resorts was of relaxing, resting and truly enjoying our time there. It is a must to have dinner at the resorts restaurant. It is truly amazing. Local wines and amazingly tasteful recipes. We had a 3 course dinner and each one of the plates was really tasteful and elegant. The restaurant staff professionals and serving with a smile in their faces. Congratulations!

A perfect beauty in the rafts! Excellent band! A small paradise full of all kinds of trees and plants in the heart of the mountain! Dispersed houses, fully harmonized with the green environment of the History! The reception room with very beautiful decoration, the breakfast room in the same room of the hotel, with very nice furniture, with all the details, from the service to whatever it offers. A great variety and all handmade and delicious (especially cheese, cream, rice, daco, bean and, of course, Mrs Katrina's bakery)!!! The restaurant, in another room in the green with a beautiful view of the pool and the mountain, with a great list of food, wonderful salads, cooking and time in a great variety of times. In the pool everything works as it should, Elias is perfect, in the bar, towels for everyone, cleaning, serving, everything is perfect. The rooms are comfortable, very nicely decorated, with very nice white and daily service The staff in all rooms are noble, helpful, fast and smiley! Incredible and continuous cleaning in all rooms! Of course from the hotel there is access to the paths of the Taj Majesty, the source of Maganiari, the shelter, etc. A resort is just wonderful! Congratulations to all!

The stuff is great! Everybody are positive. Big praise for stuff chief for the greatest organisation, the finest kitchen which is always fresh and delicious, for waiters and cleaners for keeping the place clean! Everything is in right order!

Stayed in this hotel for the week on an organised tour and I must be staying in a different place than the reviews. The hotel is lovely. Everything is spotless, great food and been looked after very well. Have really enjoyed my week's stay and would recommend to anyone and would return.
