Located in Chiba (Makuhari), KOKO HOTEL Premier Tokyo Bay Makuhari is within a 15-minute walk of Makuhari Messe and ZOZO Marine Stadium. This hotel is 4.4 mi (7.1 km) from Tokyo Bay and 13 mi (20.9 km) from Tokyo Disneyland®. Make yourself at home in one of the 301 air-conditioned guestrooms. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.

"An excellent hotel! I booked it because I was going to a concert at LaLa Arena, and it seemed like about half the guests that day were also there for the concert. The transportation is super convenient. It's right next to JR Kaihimmakuhari Station, with direct shuttle buses to both Haneda and Narita airports. It takes about 40 minutes to Tokyo Station via the Keiyo Line and roughly an hour to Nakameguro. Plus, check-out is at 11 AM. The hotel itself is great too. The breakfast buffet is really good, and there's a free public bath. The bathhouse is open until 2 AM, so many people came to bathe after the concert. The women's bath has a hot spring, a sauna, a cold plunge pool, and an outdoor resting area – very professional! The room was also perfectly adequate, with enough space to place two suitcases side-by-side. The hotel provides a full set of toiletries, towels, pajamas, etc., which is very convenient, even makeup remover."

Narita Tobu Hotel Airport

Service: This is my second stay here, and it's the most convenient place for layovers in Narita! The free airport shuttle runs frequently, almost every 20-30 minutes, and the drivers even help with luggage. It's great value for three people, costing less than 400 yuan a night on weekdays. If you want to eat, you can take the shuttle to T1 or T2, which have many options. There's also a shuttle to the Aeon Mall in the city, but it only runs four times a day from 11 AM to the afternoon. We didn't manage to catch it, so we didn't experience it. Facilities: You can't tell it's an old hotel; it's very well-maintained. Toiletries like toothpaste, toothbrushes, and razors can be picked up on the first floor. Make sure to grab them at night, as you can't get them in the morning. There's also a drugstore and a FamilyMart on the first floor. Prices are normal, and FamilyMart is well-stocked with popular puddings and various drinks, and it's open 24 hours. The drugstore is open from 1:30 PM to 10 PM.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The top choice for a Disneyland trip! Incredibly convenient and amazing value for money. I specifically booked this hotel for my Disneyland trip, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. It's a fantastic value-for-money option near Disney, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Disneyland. 🔹 Transportation & Location As an official Disneyland partner hotel, the free shuttle bus is incredibly convenient! It goes directly to both Disneyland and DisneySea parks, takes just over ten minutes, and runs frequently without needing reservations. Even if you stay until closing, getting back to the hotel is easy – no need to cram onto a subway or find a taxi. The hotel is directly connected to JR Shin-Urayasu Station, making it easy to get to the city center. The surrounding area has a strong local vibe, unlike the desolate feeling of some pure resort areas. 🔹 Hotel Service The service attitude was excellent, and the staff were all very attentive. Check-in was efficient, and any issues were addressed quickly. There were also free snacks in the lobby, which was a nice touch after a long day of playing – a small detail that really added to the experience. 🔹 Facilities & Surroundings The biggest surprise was finding a 24-hour Lawson convenience store right inside the hotel! Coming back from Disneyland late at night, I could just head downstairs. Their yakitori is absolutely delicious, and it instantly boosted my happiness. There are also plenty of surrounding malls and restaurants, offering a rich variety of dining and shopping options. Daily needs like haircuts and buying cosmetics can all be met, and it's more affordable than in central Tokyo, giving it a very authentic local living feel. 🔹 Room Experience The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary facilities. While it's not a luxury hotel, it was very comfortable to stay in, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a proper rest after a tiring day. In summary, staying here for a Disneyland trip is definitely a no-brainer. Both convenience and value for money are top-notch. I'll choose this hotel again next time I visit Tokyo for Disneyland.

The staff were incredibly professional and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. The breakfast was delicious; I had it two days in a row! The French toast was a highlight. The ochazuke (rice with tea) was also tasty. This was the largest hotel room I've stayed in Tokyo – I could easily open both my 28-inch and 20-inch suitcases at the same time. There's no bottled water in the room for environmental reasons, but they provide a plastic kettle which you can fill with water from the dispenser by the elevators in the hallway. The shuttle to Disneyland was punctual. Highly recommend this place!

No need to reserve hotel shuttle is a relief, especially if arriving at airport and unable to clear Immigration on time as in our case. The timings of the shuttle is displayed at the board at Bus Stop 16 where most hotel shuttles pickup ate there. The highlight for our stay is the Yurajuko hot spring resort or complex next to the hotel from which we were given complimentary Pass to the hot spring. All shoes, footwares must be put away in the lockers outside before going into the front desk to register entry. to collect a special wrist band for payment later at the front desk after eating in the restaurant or foodcourt inside (which turned out to be satisfying in terms of quality and price). There might also be entertainment on the stage; eg a Hawaiian theme dance segments were performed during our time there. The room was ok. Only one issue is we didn't know how to turn on the Aircon. Later, we found 2 switches at the bedside table for switching on and off the Aircon. But that night, we decided not to use the Aircon at all but simply open the window which is netted to prevent insects from entering. The cool air during the day and the cold air at night is fresh enough for sleeping comfortably. Since it's May and the weather was good that day!

If you're into stepping back to the 80s, you absolutely gotta stay here! This hotel totally makes you feel like you're in an Al Capone movie. What a bummer I didn't bring my pinstripe suit! There's a Family Mart right in the hotel, so you're all set for basic food and drinks. The hotel also has a restaurant, but it's a bit on the pricey side. The best part? They've got a free shuttle from the airport and back! Plus, there's another free shuttle that takes you to the mall, which has tons of food and shopping options. That free shuttle also swings by the JR Station. And get this, there's a temple just a hop, skip, and a jump from the station, and an old village nearby. It's totally worth the trip to walk around those streets and try the eels!

The facilities are excellent and the conditions are superb, plus there's a sea view. The breakfast quality is incredibly high, almost impeccable. My only suggestion: Currently, the hotel provides a video showing the pick-up spot for the return shuttle from Disneyland. However, by the time you leave Disneyland, it's already dark and hard to see the way. Also, after a full day of fun, foreign tourists might have run out of battery or data. I recommend simply providing a Google Maps location. This way, it can be navigated offline.

My overall stay was absolutely perfect! The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I slept really soundly at night. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in and check-out were very quick. Any requests were handled promptly. The location is convenient, making it easy to find places to eat and get around. It's fantastic value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!

The room was spacious enough to fully open a 29-inch and a 20-inch suitcase, which, for Japan, speaks for itself in terms of value. It's very close to Maihama Station, making travel convenient, and it's a hundred times quieter than the Hilton across the street. The first floor of the Hilton was like a noisy flea market by comparison.

My flight was delayed, so I needed to stay a night near the airport. This hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport, which was incredibly convenient, and they also provide a complimentary breakfast. This meant I didn't have to worry at all about my morning flight, and it was much easier than traveling to Narita Airport from the city center. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the skincare products provided were high-quality POLA products. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

This was our first trip to Japan and we had an amazing time. This hotel was amazing. The room service was great and we got our room cleaned everyday at a set time. Every evening we went back to our room the amenities were always restocked. The bath robs, pajamas and slippers were the best. But what topped it off was the room we booked had a balcony where we were actually able to open the door and sit out there and see the amazing view.
