Location: Great as it's near to Kashiwanoha-Campus Station and Lalaport (shopping mall). Surroundings was quiet and near to many amenities.
Parking: Hotel offers subsidised parking rates at JPY 1,000 at a multi-storey car park nearby, but the drop-off point (for large lugagges) is not easy to locate.
Service: Great and professional
Hotel amenities: Great, nothing to complain about as there's hot sauna, gym and laundromat within.
Room cleanliness: This was disappointing as there was a strong ammonia smell (pee) when you enter the room. Despite the hotel staff graciously changing the room, the other room had a slight ammonia smell which would be ”removed” / diffused if you switch the air con and air filter machine on. I hope the hotel tries to fix this as this was the only disappointing factor.
Great room and hotel, very conveniently located just over ten minutes from Keisei Narita Station. There are supermarkets and restaurants aplenty nearby – in short, it's super convenient. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus service to and from Narita Airport, with the first bus departing at 5:30 AM. Do note that the FamilyMart inside the hotel isn't 24-hour, so plan your purchases accordingly.
I love this hotel very convenient in going to and from Narita airport. There is always a shuttle service and the front desk is very helpful. There is also a convenience store( Lawson) where you can buy foods, drinks and even souvenirs. The bed is comfortable and big enough for one.. There is refrigerator, slippers, hairdryer clean towel and toiletries is abundant.
All in all I rate Toyoko inn 10/10 for the price, location to the airport, helpful staff, and hotel cleanliness.
Highly recommended.
The food selection was extensive, and the surroundings were beautiful. Our sea-view room was spacious, and the hot springs were incredibly relaxing. After a good soak, a variety of refreshing drinks were available, making for an incredibly satisfying experience.
The hotel is newly decorated and clean, the room has enough space and offers endless sea views. We chose a room with an open-air bath. It was very relaxing to enjoy the private bath while admiring the sea and sky. The staff at the counter were very polite. Although they couldn't communicate in English very well, they tried their best to help using translation software. We paid extra to enjoy the Ama-no-Yu, the scenery was just as beautiful. The purpose of vacation is to treat yourself well!
I had a nice one night stay at Narita Art hotel. There is shuttle bus to and from the airport. I takes 20 mins.
I arrives three hours before check so I left my luggage at the free cloack service. I checked in at 3pm and it was smooth and fast. My room was big and very comfy. I enjoyed the japanese theme decoration. Later that evening I went to use Thermal bath, it cost a small fee but the place is really great and I lost 1 kg in weight.
There is a 24 h Family Mart if You want to Buy anything and there are some restaurants. There is a 24h gym as well Next time i have to fly from or to Narita this Will be my first option.
Self-check-in was very convenient. There were no disposable slippers, but regular slippers were provided. Toothbrushes and combs could be picked up in the lobby.
The pros are the affordable price and the shuttle service to the airport and Narita town.
For the airport shuttle, depending on your arrival terminal, I waited under sign #26. Be aware that various hotel shuttles stop at #26, so make sure you get on the right one.
The shuttle to Narita town was very crowded. Note that some shuttles stop at Aeon while others don't. Check the shared timetable carefully if you plan to go to Narita Aeon.
The hotel was very clean. It's a place I would choose again. Recommended!
The hotel is conveniently located on the west side of Chiba Central Park, very close to the Yoshikawa Park monorail station. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Chiba-Chuo Station.
The room I had was only partially renovated, and the bathroom fixtures felt quite old-fashioned, though the bedding was decent. The room itself was pretty spacious, but not as large as stated on Trip.com; I'd estimate it to be around 20-22 square meters. It came with two single beds, two chairs, and a tea table.
Dining options nearby are plentiful, but if you're looking for shopping, I'd recommend SOGO and BIC CAMERA near Chiba-Chuo Station for a wider selection.
Breakfast is a buffet, costing 1980 JPY per person. It offers both Japanese and Western options, providing good value for money with a wide variety and tasty dishes. You can even try Chiba's local specialty, the Rakka Peanuts Monaka.
Nearby attractions include Chiba Port, Inohana Castle Ruins, and Kisarazu Outlet Park. Getting to Makuhari Messe is also quite convenient from here.
Was an ok hotel for 1 night as we stayed. Main guests seem to be business or people staying 1 night tonor from Narita Airport. Airline crew also stay there. Rooms need a massive reno. Had an odor or musty or mildew / damp smell. A/C is centrally controlled, so the room gets hot and cold without notice. The bonus of having a Family Mart built in was great.
This hotel is OLD
Pool needs a Reno, but overall 5/10 for clean.
Pleasantly Spacious Rooms, Stunning Breakfast Views, but Bus Stop Location Needs Improvement
This hotel offers surprisingly spacious rooms for the price point, which was a definite plus. While my room on a lower floor didn't have the sea view mentioned in some descriptions, I found it comfortable and well-sized.
A true highlight was the breakfast on the 21st floor. The panoramic views were absolutely beautiful and made for a delightful start to the day.
The sauna was adequate, though not particularly memorable.
The one significant drawback was the difficulty in locating the bus shuttle. The absence of a clearly marked location or a QR code made finding it quite frustrating. This is an area the hotel should definitely address to improve the guest experience.

AAnnie8168The hotel offers free shuttle services to Narita Airport, Narita Station, and AEON Mall Narita. The surrounding environment is comfortable and quiet. The rooms are spacious and tidy, with a large bathroom, bathtub, and vanity – everything is very clean, hygienic, and comfortable. Everything was great, except for the air conditioning, which is seasonal. I stayed in early November, and the heating was already on, which is why it was so hot. When I called the front desk, they said it was a central automated system and couldn't be controlled. They offered me two solutions: a fan or opening the window. The fan arrived quickly, and I opened the window. And wow, it actually felt like air conditioning, just a small bit! However, there was some outside noise. Oh well, it was just for one night as I had an early flight. Everything else was perfect.
AAJapLoved the extra thoughtfulness with massager! Room was on the small side when compared to other hotels across the Tokyo Bay, particularly with the official Disney Partner Hotels. The ammenities room is incredible. Welcome lounge and kids interactive projector was a huge hit for my daughters too! The short distance from the hotel to AEON and Aeter shopping mall is a another welcomed addition for those early shopping for those who are short on time during their Japan trip.
GGuest UserThis resort was very nice and big. Me and my boyfriend wanted to get away from the city but also be close by the airport (NRT), so this was a good compromise. I loved that the hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport and there is a bus that goes from Tokyo station to the hotel. Although that ride is not free, it was a single ride to get there. The hotel has a nice hot springs (both inside and outside)! It was really nice to relax at the end of the night. They have a coffee shop and restaurant within hotel and a smaller more casual restaurant before entering the hot springs. Overall my trip was great! But it is a little hard to find things around the area to do if you plan to stay for a long period of time. I was able to find a claw machine place nearby, but there is also small claw machines outside the hot spring area.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and impeccably clean. The welcome wreath at the entrance added a lovely, ceremonial touch. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. Stepping into the room and seeing the beautiful, distant view of Tokyo Bay instantly lifted my spirits. For added convenience, a shuttle service is available during morning and evening peak hours to Disneyland, DisneySea, and Shin-Urayasu Station. While Shin-Urayasu Station is about a 1.3 km walk from the hotel, it's also just a two-stop bus ride away.

CChrissy_HankWow, I’ve not been impressed with a hotel that caught me by surprise from the moment I entered the building/ room. My stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay was absolutely fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed each moment of my stay. From check-in, to a welcome message with fruits awaiting me in my room upon check-in, to the different services the hotel offers, like: shuttle for the nearest train station (which connects to the various lines that can help on your journey of exploring the city), exceptional amenities, room service, etc., I was beyond impressed. I’m just sad I did not get to access the rooftop bar, as the weather was not pleasant in the evening during my entire stay, so the bar was closed for safety. I plan to return to Tokyo for another holiday and stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tokyo; you won’t regret it.
GGuest UserThe breakfast was quite basic and nothing special. The bathroom was pretty cramped, and the toilet seat was loose. Housekeeping isn't provided for stays of two days or less, and you have to pick up disposable amenities yourself from the front desk. There was also no Chinese-speaking staff. However, the biggest advantage is its proximity to Tokyo DisneySea – it's only about a 10-15 minute walk to the entrance, which was super convenient!
