Stayed for 5 nights with young daughter to enjoy couple of relaxed days. Hotel is located in downtown Naha, it however still provides kind of resort feeling with their beautiful garden incl. outdoor pool & onsen: all really nicely arranged & great facilities ! Rooms are rather basic, more like Japanese business-hotel, but overall sufficient and with modern & fresh decor. Breakfast could actually be of bit higher quality & possibly more food options, also plastic plates give sort of cheap feeling, sorry. (Suggestion: change into „real“ plates inside and rather provide „plastic“ glasses & mugs for outdoor area which will also help to avoid broken glass issue at pool...). Other than breakfast, no further F&B offering, but can enjoy free drinks (incl. beer) and ice cream all-day ! Mostly impressive and really appreciated is their kind & attentive staff from various countries ! All interaction with them (prior to arrival via phone, personal during check-in / -out, front desk for questions & inquiries) was always pleasant, professional & supportive ! To name a few: Mr. Henry, Ms. Okabe, nice lady from Philippines (all front desk) and also nice ********* lady serving ramen at night: thank you & please keep up the positive spirit & motivation ! Overall nice new hotel option in Naha and will surely consider to return for both business & private stays !

Besides the bad weather, the hotel and its surroundings were neat and clean. Unfortunately, the closest seaside is not as nice as stated online, and it is a little bit troublesome to get there. But the staff is very helpful in booking restaurants and rent-a-cars, so with a little bit of extra planning and driving you can get to beautiful seasides easily from the hotel. Also, the price-included hot spring was very basic, while the other really nice one was expensive.

Arrived before 15:00 by accommodation during Golden Week. There was only one group of guests at the reception and I was able to check in immediately. The accommodation fee was prepaid. The room was on the 7th floor and I could see the sea from the window, but I could see the forest in front of me better than the wind that spreads all over. Comfortable hotel. Next to American village and only 2 minutes walk yo the Depot seaside. Beach next to it is not very clean but super easy to access. Room is really big compared to other hotels in Okinawa. Suitable for family guests. Pool access need to be charged so we didn’t go. Looking forward to go again to try their onsen :-)

The hotel's parking lot is three-dimensional guidance. It is not obvious. It is not a vacant space next to the hotel. It is more troublesome to ask the hotel staff to help. The hotel is so good, with a good design of room and make me feel cozy and comfortable to live here. Here is bathtub in the room which is rarely exist in tiny hotel in Japan. The breakfast is brilliant with plenty variety of food and even mentaiko is also all-you-can-eat which make me so happy!

Good location and hygiene. Unfortunately, the hotel car park was full when I arrived. The front desk staff offered a free room upgrade which I considered as a compensation. If you don’t have special requests on accommodation, this hotel will be a suitable option.

The room smells musty. In our opinion the bed was very hard, the pillows were bad. The air conditioning was quite loud. The receptionists were only partially friendly. The worst thing was that,if you have a tattoo you are strictly forbidden from using the wellness area and you have to pay extra. So what? It's 2024. The highlight was that, there is a Lawson in the hotel.

I have stayed many deluxe hotels in downtown Naha area, but this is by far the best hotel for following reasons; 1. Quality of room Descent space (much larger than typical Japanese standard). Good amenity including bathrobes, FREE minibar (beer, Japanese tea, bottled water etc.). Hotel is new; opened in 2020 and cleanness of room is excellent. Soundproof excellent. Toilet and bathtub is well separated and spacious. 2. Facilities Gym + Outside pool available. Only hotel in Kokusai-Dodri area which has such nice amenities. 3. Location Located in central Naha area (Kokusai Dori) with everything within walking distance ( Don Quixote, Starbucks etc.). No other hotel can beat this location!! I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers looking for comfortable stay in downtown Naha.

staying in comfortable and cleanness room with delicious breakfast. Due to business trip, I didn't use any facilities like infinity pool and sky bar, but these facilities would make me superb and enjoyable experience in okinawa.

The hotel room is very large and the transportation is very convenient. From the airport, bus 117 and the monorail are all there. The tram is only 2 minutes away from Asahibashi Station. The 117 bus stop is right in front of the hotel. There are many convenience stores downstairs, Lawson, FamilyMart and 7-11 are all available. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Kokusai Street and a 15-minute walk from Makishi Seafood Market. There is also a Don Quijote next to it. Overall, the hotel is in a great location.

The stay at Southwest Grand Hotel was very comfortable. The staff 々 was very kind and always smiled from check-in to check-out. I booked in a standard room but the room was very spacious and clean as 々 and I was able to relax slowly. It was a luxurious experience with a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and a mini bar that was fully equipped with guests' exclusive pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and lounge and rooms for free. Definitely Naha is the number １ hotel. I will definitely go again. it's recommended!

The staff at the front desk, dining area, and bar were all friendly and helpful, shared information well, responded quickly to minor accidents, and even went out of their way to apologise when we checked out. It was a very likeable hotel. The food was delicious, and the bar was great.

My husband and I enjoyed our week-long stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, the food/restaurants were great (highly recommend the 3500yen lunch set at the Japanese restaurant with garden view), walking distance from shopping street... The highlight was the free return shuttle bus to their hotel group's other hotel Busena Terrace - we had a great day enjoying a lovely buffet lunch at a good price, swimming at the private beach and the outdoor swimming pools.

Stayed at pool suite tomari with 3 family members. The hotel's penthouse part was like a villa, and the room had a high ceiling and a very open feeling. Surprisingly, I could see the sea far from the room. The highlight pool is surprisingly large, enough for three family members to play while looking at the red tile roof and feel the feeling of Okinawa. Breakfast was room service, but the fish was very delicious. However, the conductor is bad, the villa site is an ordinary key that is not a card key, and the building is auto locked, so the coming and going to the pool is not a door but a sweeping window. Also, if you leave the bathroom door open, ２ １ of a sink will collapse. In addition, I could only take out or stop the shower, and it was a pity that the output was very weak. Hyatt Regency Okinawa Seragaki Location - 8/10: The hotel is located approximately 1 hour's drive from Naha Airport, and there aren't many restaurants or shops in the immediate vicinity. Service standard - 8.5/10: The front office staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. However, there might be room for improvement in the breakfast service, as it seems they may be understaffed. Enhancing the service level or hiring more staff would be beneficial. Room - 10/10: The rooms are spacious and appear to be new. It seems that all the rooms offer a fantastic sea view. Parking - 10/10: The parking area is available for a reasonable fee of 1000 yen per day. It is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away from the hotel and has ample parking spaces. Additionally, the hotel provides frequent transport service between the hotel and the parking area. Environment - 10/10: The surroundings are well-maintained, and the facilities are clean and in good condition. Kid-friendly - 10/10: The hotel is exceptionally child-friendly. Upon check-in, the front office staff provided my son with a kid pack, and the facilities are thoughtfully designed to cater to children's needs. Excellent hotel.. Beautiful sea side resort and very well maintained. Room size is excellent. Beautiful sun set view from every room. everything is well thought out for travellers down to allowing the guest to check the laundry status via room TV. Gift shop provides all the necessary amenities such as shipping box for packing your shopping. Will definitely stay here again if coming back to Okinawa.

We used a 4-bed room to stay with friends and family in early February. I was a little worried about a family trip with a small child (including a 0-year-old child), but when I opened the door of the room, the anxiety was blown away. The aqua sense next door was very good, so I stayed at the hotel building of Kafu Resort this time. Unlike general hotels, the lobby has a separate sofa with curtains, so I think it's comfortable. Cons – you have to line up in the morning to book any activity, only two per family unless you get back in line. Well, the Japanese love to line up, for hours, so enjoy the wait. Only two computers for booking and maybe and maybe several hundred rooms at the hotel? Same with the buffet, on both floors. Enjoy the wait! The free beach towels were only offered at the inside pool, but you can take them to the beach. Why so far away from the beach? Finally, the outside pool closes at 5:00 PM! Sunset is not until 7:00 PM! This is ridiculous! And if you swim in the ocean, no life jacket required. If you use a mask, no life jacket required. If you use fins, no life jacket required. However, the moment you use a snorkel, you must wear a life jacket. Not sure how to explain that. What I hate about this hotel is the animals they have locked up in tiny cages. A wallaby in a cage the size of a bathroom. Sea turtles locked up in small pools. Tiny pools. African turtles in small enclosures. Exotic birds in small cages, dolphins locked up, and manta rays locked up. Not fun to see that at all and everyone seems unsympathetic to their plight.

A sincere smile and attentive service from the staff make you feel at home, enjoying the refreshing bay and delightful cuisine. Breakfast options include Western set menu, Japanese set menu, and a buffet. The set meals take longer to serve, but the buffet has no wait after 9 AM and offers a wide variety. A five-star resort hotel with three pools (infinity, large, and children's) and a small splash pool. Staff provide towels and bottled water at the poolside loungers, with paid food options available. The private beach is a 10-minute walk to the loungers. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and great for staying in all day. It's recommended to stay at least two days to fully enjoy the hotel's atmosphere and amenities. You can still use the amenities even after you check out tho which is nice. Transportation: Driving is necessary (parking fee JPY 1500/day).

The room is nice, the facilities are a bit old (for example, the bathroom floor is all tiled instead of the resin material of new buildings, and the bathtub plug is a bit loose), but the cleanliness, overall atmosphere and landscape make up for it. It is really comfortable to sit on the small balcony and watch the sea. The hotel restaurants are all delicious (especially the Japanese and Western ones, which are more refined than the mixed buffet). Special tips for dining: the opening hours of several restaurants in the hotel are different. Pay attention to the small receipt given by the front desk to list the open restaurants in each period, and it is recommended to make good use of the QR code reservation service and takeaway box service (there is even a separate kid box, which is delicious and not wasteful). Several restaurants in this hotel are quite rigorous. Even if there are empty tables, you have to make an appointment before you can enter (even if you walk in, you may have to wait for five minutes for them to set up the table before inviting you in), and the same is true during the breakfast peak. During the National Day, there are long queues for breakfast. At this time, it is very comfortable to take a number online or take the takeaway box directly and eat in the house, without having to squeeze and wait at the door. The transportation is not very convenient, so most of the tourists who come here are Japanese tourists who drive. If you don't drive, you can basically just hang out in the hotel. The jelly sea in front of the hotel is very beautiful, suitable for lying down and digging sand.

It was really hot when we first arrived at the hotel. Thankfully, the hotel had given us two vouchers to redeem welcome drinks. It was impressive that there is a wide range of choices regarding the drink. During the check in process, everything went pretty smooth. A big shout out to ms honoka ishiji, who is very welcoming and greeted us with a wonderful smile. She had recommended us a few restaurants around the hotel. We ended up picking the japanese-italian restaurant, which was awesome! We got a room with sea view and pool view. The view's nice and so as the room, really cozy and that made me feel like home (though the style of bedsheet and the pillocase is pretty outdated, but thats fine). Btw, the breakfast is definitely a must-try item in this hotel. Do remember to pick a window seat, so that you can enjoy your meal with the splendid sea view. All in all, that was a pretty good stay, and I think I will be visiting again very soon.

The room is big n clean. The view n staff is good. Location is good.there is a bike shop across the road had a wonderful n easy bike ride . ( very short though- 5 mins to left n right end ,left to the beach, right to the restaurant along the coast )

We stayed for one night at DoubleTree by Hilton. Upon check-in, we were welcomed by the signature DoubleTree chocolate cookie. It was declious but unforunately, not really warm. We booked a terrace room with sea view and it was large and very comfortable. The package we booked came with a 90-minute buffet dinner at Hilton Hotel, which was scrumptious and we got to try many signature Okinawan dishes. As a DoubeTree guest, we could only use the facilities in Hilton and we joint their sunset yoga class. The instructor was very friendly. It was conducted in Japanese, but body language matters the most in terms of sprots. Believe it or not? It was my first time trying yoga and the experience was pleasant in general. We also tried their buffet breakfast. The range of selection for food was wide and I recalled that they even had soft serve. The quality was good and worth trying. There was also a Lawson convenience store around the corner and the hotel was very conveniently to the seaside. If I have to pick on one thing about the hotel, I hope that there will be more activities for hotel guests to join and there could be counters selling desserts like sliced cakes for hotel guests :-) All in all, I really enjoyed my stay at DoubleTree and will definitely join again!

My three-nite stay was amazing! The room was very clean, comfortable and had all the amenities of a luxury hotel, all with a beautiful ocean view. Along with the breakfast which was included in my plan, they had afternoon tea service, which I unfortunately missed, and the happy hour was a wonderful surprise. The red and white wine selections were splendid, along with the yummy appetizers. To top it off, the friendly, hotel staff was excellent, especially Ms. Rodriguez who is bilingual and a true asset to this beautiful hotel.

The rooms, the front desk, and the restaurant all have a very mature feel, so this is a hotel that is highly recommended for dates and adult girls' parties! The rooms were very clean, and the interior and colors of the rooms were very sophisticated. There was bath salt on the sink, which was very stylish and I was excited to use it when taking a bath. There was a sofa and a mini table on the balcony, so I was able to relax while watching the horizon! The restaurant was really full of atmosphere! At night, there was only indirect lighting, so even if there were other guests, they were just hidden from view! It was like a semi-private room, so it was great to be able to enjoy delicious Okinawan original cuisine by ourselves! We had breakfast where it was served, but it seems you can have it anywhere, in your room or in the restaurant! There were three types available, and we had to choose from them. I chose Western food, and it was enough to eat in the morning. The colorful vegetables, bread, yogurt, etc. were very delicious! Breakfast was also served as a brunch, and it was available until 2 p.m., so it was great that I could take my time and go to eat breakfast in the morning! There was a small shop at the front desk, where you could purchase the bath salts and cups that were in the room, which was very attractive!

A hotel with good privacy, and it is suitable for couples' honeymoon and family gatherings. The facilities are relatively new, and some swimming pools have heating functions that they can be enjoyed in winter. The meals are good, and the service staff are warm and considerate.

Comfortable hotel. Next to American village and only 2 minutes walk yo the Depot seaside. Beach next to it is not very clean but super easy to access. Room is really big compared to other hotels in Okinawa. Suitable for family guests. Pool access need to be charged so we didn’t go. Looking forward to go again to try their onsen :-)

The room smells musty. In our opinion the bed was very hard, the pillows were bad. The air conditioning was quite loud. The receptionists were only partially friendly. The worst thing was that,if you have a tattoo you are strictly forbidden from using the wellness area and you have to pay extra. So what? It's 2024. The highlight was that, there is a Lawson in the hotel.
