Our stay at the Artisan was wonderful. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and worked with pride in their jobs. The lobby with a fireplace was great. We loved the ease of walking directly from the hotel lobby into Tuscan Grille for a fantastic dinner. We also enjoyed breakfast the next morning (off of the lobby as well). We walked around the shops and loved the Tuscan Market for a fresh sandwich for lunch, which we ate outside on a lovely October day.
The only thing that surprised us was that there is a lot of noise in the room. We heard everyone talking in the hall but most bothersome was Friday night - I think there may have been a DJ at the 5th floor club (we were on the 3rd floor). We were exhausted so chose to call it an early night and relax in our room and watch tv after a long day traveling. We couldn't hear the tv in our own room over the music from outside! In fairness, I believe the music stopped by 10 o'clock but when you're tired, it was a lot (especially at close to $500/night).This was not an issue on Saturday.
We would definitely return when in the area.
Hotel was nice, however amenities could have been updated. Pool area was rusty, no soap in pool bathrooms, and appeared unkempt.
Room bathrooms had not been updated, lots of waste with individual bottles of shampoo and conditioner instead of refillable dispenser in shower.
Staff was amazing, considerate and professional when altercation arose in parking lot.
The hotel has free parking, the surrounding hotels are more expensive, this price is OK, breakfast is American, still rich, 9:00 ended, the room space design is reasonable. It is not cleaned thoroughly under the bathroom shower curtain, a bit moldy
Not far from Ole, it is very convenient to visit Ole, Ole in the duty-free state, tax-free. The breakfast is quite satisfactory, not the taste of the country. There is a sofa bed. There is a small kitchen, complete with pots and pans. Free parking. Nashua also has a costco and is tax-free.
Everything is okay. The facilities of this hotel in all aspects are the domestic express hotel. The conditions are generally hygienic, because dust and hair can still be seen in the bathroom, and then free bottled water cannot be provided.

GGuest UserGreat staff, hotel needs work. Haft of the plugs in the room didn't work. A/c wasn't that cold, shower handle was loss needed to play with the handle to adjust the temperature. Bathroom dirty, ceiling in room had a stain from previous water leak.
PPenny Mason-AndersonGerry made us feel welcome the moment we walked up to the desk his positive attitude smile, and kindness was exceptional. Often, sadly front desk employees can be less than chipper. That was certainly not the case with Gerry! We laughed and told stories and honestly I wanted to hang with him at the desk and chat. He is one fine employee. I hope you can keep him! We will be back!

JJUNXIANThe hotel has convenient transportation and convenient parking. Although it is close to the roadside, it is quiet. The facilities are outdated and the stopper of the bathtub is broken. It can only be considered as making do with it. .
CcollinsgaryThe experience was wonderful. I thought being by the airport would be annoying because of the planes but not at all. The service was great. I dropped my coffee in the elevator. I asked the lady that was cleaning the room if she had something that I could get it up with and she said if you could please just hold the door open I will take care of it and did it with a smile and conversation. Now that's service. The facility was very updated and the decor was nice ,very clean and the staff was very friendly. The food was good, hot , and very plentiful . In all to sum it up, I had a wonderful stay and will stay again when I am visiting Manchester New Hampshire
GGuest UserLobby and food area very nice and clean, well stocked with fresh breakfast items, good variety. Coffee and hot chocolate available is very nice. Breakfast Girl keeps area very clean. Staff was attentive and friendly, asked if we needed anything. Renovation going on, pool closed. Rooms are in need of serious updating, we stayed last year at this time and still dated and used. TV/dresser drawers wouldn't stay shut, cardboard holding up one side under leg, bathroom cabinet was worn, toilet seat moves side to side. Room temp was comfortable. Hotel is in a convenient area, close to all local highways, good foods, fast and sit down.
GGuest UserThis was a nice and quiet hotel. It wasnt very busy/booked, so it was extra quiet. Located close enough to some good restaurants. May I suggest Oak Craft Pizza, its near the Target, a very short drive from hotel, well worth it ;-)
The front desk attendant Cameron, was always very welcoming every evening when I returned. Probably the most interactive front desk attendant of any Hilton chain hotel Ive stayed at. Super great smile too, I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area for work.
YYULANThis is the most comfortable budget hotel in the United States, the room is small but the layout is reasonable, the surrounding is a bit ridiculous, but the United States is basically the same, not to mention this New Hampshire! There is a free dinner from Monday to Wednesday, which tastes good and gives a tip!
