Studio City Hotel

It’s my first time at this hotel and i think it’s very value for money booking here. The casino shuttle buses are very convenient and service was splendid right from the start. The doorman were all very stylish and professional in their job. Special mention to Haidee the very friendly and warm lady at our check in. As we are travelling with 2 young children she made extra effort to arrange for toiletries for kids age specific and was very professional and quick with her check in procedure. I thought it was very rare to have hotels with that thoughtful gesture. The hotel room was very neat and clean. Very spacious and happy to have the bathtub and a sofa and a small dining table. Minibar selection was very thoughtful too especially the instant noodles. Because of the sample biscuits, we decided to buy more as souvenirs. The hotel has a good indoor and outdoor pool. Very nice setting as well. The gym was good too my husband went to use it it was 24 hrs. The hotel was very comfortable and exceeded my expectations. It was also convenient to get to Macau central by hopping on the public bus 26A just outside the hotel. There’s a good range of food choices from food court to mid and high range restaurants. There’s shopping for everyone and kids arcade to entertain the kids. Just moments before we check out thankfully the Golden reel was opened just in time. We had a pleasant surprise. We managed to catch an impromptu performance by the performers rendition of Michael Jackson. All in all you can just spend the whole day at the hotel without stepping out. Thank you very much for the experience and special mention to Haidee she did a wonderful job. Well deserved. Highly recommended hotel. See you again!
Grand Hyatt Macau

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt several times before the pandemic, and I still remember the spacious room and bathroom fondly. So, I decided to return for a birthday celebration. The service provided by Mavis was exceptional. She took the time to explain the different travel options and highlight the tourist sites in the area. Mavis personally walked us to our room, which was beautifully prepared with birthday decorations, and she arranged for a cake to be delivered later. Her kindness and sincerity truly stood out, and we felt the warmth of her service throughout our stay.
JW Marriott Hotel Macau

You can forget about early checkin. Could only preregister strictly after 1230pm and had to come back for room key collection from 3pm onwards. The hotel requires 1000HKD for room deposit. We requested for twin beds but was informed there would be additional charges unlike other establishments who not only accommodated to our requests but they also did their best to make our stay memorable. Honestly we expected better service for the price paid. Wouldn’t consider staying here again when we could get better service elsewhere.
Conrad Macao
4.8/54179 Reviews
My go-to accomodation whenever I visit Macau. Have been staying in Conrad Macao since around 2012.Location is one of the best in Cotai area. Room-wise, it used to be better in the past with better amenities, such as choice of toiletries, brighter lightings, and more cozy decoration for the junior suites. However, recent years, it has gotten noisier and more sophisticated. Cleanliness is also something that the hotel needs to look into. During my stay, I noticed a strand of hair stuck on the door of the bathroom. I purposely did not remove nor inform the housekeeping, as I would like to see if they are attentive enough to such details and clean it away. To my disappointment, throughout my 4-day stay, the strand of hair was stuck on the door and unmoved at the same position. Though the hotel ”failed the test”, it is overall still a nice one to stay at.
YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel

I liked the hotel, good reception service, friendly staff. The room was clean, there was one jar of bath salt for free, it pleased me. The location of the hotel is a bit inconvenient, you either need to take a taxi or walk 25-30 minutes to the streets with restaurants. But despite this, the view from the window is very beautiful. There was one moment that disappointed me a little, when cleaning the room, the maid put one torn set of a bathrobe and the next day did not replace it. I had to look for her and trying to find her and ask to change it to another one . Thanks to the staff that even at 5 a.m. they helped to call a taxi and helped with the suitcases . On my next trip, I would stay at this hotel again
YOHO Treasure Island Hotel

The hotel's location is simply unparalleled. It is located in the center of Macau, providing unparalleled convenience. Whether you are a business traveler or a tourist, hotels located near major attractions, commercial centers, and public transportation are an ideal choice. What impressed me most was that I could easily and quickly reach the must see attractions in this city. The hotel is brand new. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness is evident. From clean sheets to spotless bathrooms, every corner of the room has been meticulously cleaned. Room service personnel deserve special mention as they are committed to ensuring a hygienic and comfortable environment for guests. One of the most prominent features of this hotel is its stunning infinity pool. The scenery of the swimming pool is breathtaking, offering a panoramic view of the city skyline. This is an ideal place to relax after a long day. The swimming pool area is well maintained, equipped with comfortable lounge chairs and a peaceful atmosphere, adding fun to overall relaxation. Daniel at the front desk was very helpful, his warm welcome and sincere friendliness set the tone for my stay, providing valuable insights into local attractions and dining options. He actively resolves any questions and ensures smooth check-in and check-out procedures, which is truly commendable. I must say that the hotel exceeded my expectations in multiple aspects. My accommodation at YOHO Treasure Island Hotel was simply fantastic. The superior geographical location, spotless cleanliness, luxurious infinity pool, and excellent service from Daniel and other staff make this hotel the first choice for anyone visiting Macau. I strongly recommend it and look forward to my next visit.
The Parisian Macao

My stay was nice and only would like to talk about the service of le buffet staff, I was walked in to the restaurant and order one of the ordered to cook lobster, the staff told me it’ll take about 20-30 minutes but until I finished my breakfast my order didn’t serve, which was around 1 hour plus. And I have tried to approach the same staff and told me ordered has placed and never served to my table. At last I gave up.
The Venetian Macao

Rooms are well kept, huge in size with dining area, sofa and writing desk. Water supply in bath room was slower than bath tub. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel is huge and need to familiarise with routes going to different venue. Lots of restaurants and eating place. It has a food court with plenty of choices. e.g. Tim Ho Wan. In the shopping mall, the decor of blue sky uplifted our spirit, we felt happy and the mall has a stage where artist performed. Close to The Parisian and The Londoner which guests could explore within walking distance. Hotel shuttle to and fro airport and town, Sands Hotel. Night lights around the hotel are beautiful.
Sofitel Macau at Ponte 16

Very nice hotel. Loved the bedding and the pillows. They were so comfy. Didnt use the pool but the gym was fantastic and allowed us to get a good workout in at night. Amenities are very clean and the spa on the 3rd floor was very relaxing and affordable and open 24 hours. The concierge David was very helpful as his advice helped us cross the border into China and reach our train on time. Without his help we surely would have missed our train and had to rebook. I did not love this city but I did love this hotel. Highly reccomend this hotel if you want to stay in the Cultural side of Macau. There is a casino on site but we did not use it.
Mandarin Oriental Macau

Awesome service from start to finish! This is our 2nd time coming and they were exceptional! Shout out to Melody for the duty manager for showing us our room and surprising us with a bday celebration for my partner and provided any help we needed. Furthermore, they have a WhatsApp system so it was easier to get items like extra towels.etc without needing to always call. ! The pool was also good , though it was scorching hot so we didn't stay long. The hotel is connected to MGM via a central one mall and you could use their shuttle bus or you could ask for them to help with a taxi, special shoutout to Roasch? For giving us a ride when the taxis weren't available. All in all. Love it and can't wait to come again soon.
