Family Hotels in Penang, Malaysia

The view from our room was amazing. For a family of 5 adults, family room is huge enough. We also had breakfast included in our room. Breakfast was good however, u can avoid sitting outside as there is quite a number of crow there. Overall, a very nice stay in Penang!

The overall experience of my stay was great. The hotel environment was quiet, and the room decor was simple but very comfortable. The bedding was clean, and the hygiene was excellent, making for a very reassuring stay. Every day, coming back to the room felt relaxing, without any pressure. The hotel's surroundings also offered great amenities. There were many food stalls and restaurants nearby with a wide variety of choices, all at very affordable prices. There was no need to specially take a ride to find food. Whether it was for breakfast, lunch, or a late-night snack, meals were easily sorted. With its convenient location, clean environment, and high value for money, it was a very satisfying accommodation experience. If I'm ever in this area again, I would consider staying here once more.

The fact that there's only a bathtub can be a bit inconvenient, as not everyone prefers using one. Also, the toilet's water pressure is quite weak, and the air conditioning isn't cold enough. Everything else is fine though.

The location was good and it's close to a lot restaurants and cafes. The room was spacious and tidy with water dispenser and microwave. But the TV in my room was not working and I could not watch anything from the network. As the whole building was full of kind of Airbnb apartment rentals, it was very messy in the lobby, and it's extremely difficult to get into the elevator as they were always full. Many people hanging around at the reception lobby and no one is there to regulate the flow and ask those people to give some space for others to move around. There was clear noise from the street and you could also hear clearly the prayer and bell from nearby religious places. Walls are thin and immense noise from corridor and bathroom next door, you know exactly when the next door went to the bathroom. The property owner installed a CCTV directly opposite the door, which made me feel intruded. Not a pleasant stay at all.

The place was clean and big, super comfortable for our family of 10. Parking was sufficient for our two cars and the owner was responsive to our messages. Check in was breezy and the house was located strategically in the middle of Georgetown. Overall a great place to stay in Penang.

Booking write 9 pax there are 2 futon beds in the living room but xde. Deposit pay 150. Bed sheet at the checkout time said it was dirty so for king 60 and queen bed sheet 45 have to be paid. So for those who stay here when checking in, check the bed sheet when you want to be clean or not. The room is beautiful and the view is beautiful.
