We will like to specially commend 小罗and 邓宁for the outstanding service. They helped us with the car booking and responded to our requests very promptly. Very attentive, professional, and made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Definitely a clean place and excellent place to be in.

I chose this hotel because it's right near the border crossing, and overall, it was pretty good. The soundproofing is decent, the hygiene is good, and for a hotel so close to the border, the privacy was actually quite good. Plus, the transportation is super convenient – the airport shuttle drops you off just a few dozen meters away, and the border crossing is only a few hundred meters on foot. My only complaint is that it was really cold the night I stayed, and the central air conditioning didn't have a heating option, so I shivered all night. I called in the morning and they brought a space heater, so the hotel service was still very good.

The location is fantastic! It's less than a 5-minute walk to the West Lake entrance, and not far from Shuidong Street and the commercial area. The room is very spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom is clean. There's a dim sum restaurant downstairs, and the hotel also offers a buffet breakfast. The TV channels are plentiful. My only minor issue was the strong scent in the hotel hallways and at the front desk; it was a bit overwhelming for me personally.

The location is quite inconvenient; there's nowhere to eat or shop within 2 kilometers. The 'pedestrian street' is just a gimmick, full of messy little trinkets. The service is terrible. When guests make a request, the hotel staff first say 'no' and then shirk responsibility. This completely ruined my impression of Atour always being accommodating. This hotel can't compare to other Atour hotels I've stayed at; it's a franchised store, not a genuine Atour. At nearly 600 yuan per night, the high cost for such poor service makes it very bad value for money. I feel ripped off. The kettle provided didn't even have a food-grade 304 mark and looked like it was borrowed from somewhere else. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here so much. From the time of check-in they gave us 2 apples in a christmas bag as it is christmas eve. We had a non-smoking room, but when we get in the room, i can smell a hint of cigarette, called up the front desk. They immediately upgraded us to a new room with a view. Sally sent some fruits by robot which is very sweet. The room is very clean with huge bathroom and very clean. My only complain is the body wash, shampoo dispenser is very hard to press, hopefully they can improve it to sensor dispenser or the press type. Bottled water and soda everyday and can even ask for more bottled water, so we dont need to buy anymore. The location is very convenient, the YANNAN station exit C is just beside the hotel. There are so many restaurants to choose from across the street and beside the hotel. The breakfast has many delicious choices, continental bfast and chinese food. In the afternoon, lobby has popcorn and drinks. They also have tea time with lots of pastries but we didnt try. At night they have porridge also. The hotel has self service laundry with iron on the 28th floor which you can monitor in your room which is very convenienrlt Front destk Sally, Tina and Nacy are very helpful which make our stay very pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel to my famuly and friends.

It was pretty good. There's a congee shop right next to the hotel entrance that was delicious. The hotel itself was nice, too. There's also a mall nearby. The crab congee from Chaoshan was incredibly good, as was the beef – we really just came for the food. It definitely lived up to its reputation. We then took a taxi directly to Jieyang, which wasn't too far, so it was convenient. Afterwards, we took another taxi directly from Jieyang to Shantou, touring the entire Chaoshan region. Chaoshan and Shantou are definitely worth visiting, but Jieyang wasn't that great.

I needed to print an urgent document late at night, but the printer connected to the front desk computer, operated by Jay, had a paper jam. The staff member on duty remained completely calm. While quickly fixing the issue, he simultaneously used his phone's hotspot to connect to my laptop and guided me to the business center where I successfully printed my document. His ability to handle emergencies and his dual-pronged approach to problem-solving demonstrated exceptionally high professionalism.

The best thing about this hotel is its excellent location, right across from Paifang Street. The value for money is decent, and the breakfast is pretty good, especially the 'guo mian' (rice noodle soup). You can even pick your own ingredients to have it cooked, which is genuinely better than what many star-rated hotels offer. The only drawback might be that the room doesn't seem very soundproof. But honestly, for this price, what more could you ask for?

My stay this time was incredibly comfortable, and what impressed me most was the cleanliness and coziness of the room. The moment I opened the door, I was struck by how clean and fresh everything was. The floor was spotless, the bed was neatly made without a wrinkle, and all the amenities were tidily arranged. There wasn't the slightest odor in the bathroom either, which clearly showed how much effort the owner puts into cleaning. The room had excellent natural light and ventilation, so it never felt stuffy. The furniture and appliances were also thoughtfully arranged and practical, making it convenient whether I was relaxing or just getting some quick work done. This clean and comfortable accommodation offers great value for money. I've already recommended it to friends who have travel plans, and I hope the establishment continues to maintain this high standard to provide a great experience for more guests!

This hotel is definitely going on my regular stay list—I honestly can't find a single flaw! The facilities are fantastic. The projector is super easy to use for screen mirroring from your phone, the lighting modes switch seamlessly, and there are plenty of charging ports for multiple devices. The electric kettle is convenient, and hot water is available 24/7. Hygiene standards are top-notch; the bedding is changed for every guest and feels fresh and clean. Slippers are individually packaged with no strange odors, and the floors are so clean you can walk barefoot without getting dusty. There's no dust on the windowsills or tables either. The environment is comfortable and relaxing. Public areas are tastefully decorated with style. The room has ample natural light and good ventilation, and the blackout curtains ensure a great night's sleep. The service is truly exceptional. The staff are professional and attentive. The front desk recommended local snacks and sightseeing routes, and upon check-in, they proactively asked if I needed extra towels. When checking out, they even helped me call a taxi and warned me about traffic, which was incredibly thoughtful and stress-free!
