This hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to the Beijing Road subway station and near Teemall, making shopping incredibly convenient. It's also easy to get to all the attractions, whether by taxi or subway. The hotel itself is great too; the breakfast is quite varied, the facilities are new, and there are plenty of washing machines and dryers in the laundry room. The front desk staff are warm and polite, and even with so many guests checking in, the ladies at the front desk are very patient.

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff, especially the lady who helped us, was incredibly kind and even upgraded our room. We also received a complimentary fruit platter. When we extended our stay, the cleaning staff thoughtfully tidied up and removed the trash. Overall, a really great experience. For a hotel near the border crossing, the price was quite reasonable. I'd definitely come back!

The location is fantastic! It's less than a 5-minute walk to the West Lake entrance, and not far from Shuidong Street and the commercial area. The room is very spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom is clean. There's a dim sum restaurant downstairs, and the hotel also offers a buffet breakfast. The TV channels are plentiful. My only minor issue was the strong scent in the hotel hallways and at the front desk; it was a bit overwhelming for me personally.

The location is quite inconvenient; there's nowhere to eat or shop within 2 kilometers. The 'pedestrian street' is just a gimmick, full of messy little trinkets. The service is terrible. When guests make a request, the hotel staff first say 'no' and then shirk responsibility. This completely ruined my impression of Atour always being accommodating. This hotel can't compare to other Atour hotels I've stayed at; it's a franchised store, not a genuine Atour. At nearly 600 yuan per night, the high cost for such poor service makes it very bad value for money. I feel ripped off. The kettle provided didn't even have a food-grade 304 mark and looked like it was borrowed from somewhere else. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here so much. From the time of check-in they gave us 2 apples in a christmas bag as it is christmas eve. We had a non-smoking room, but when we get in the room, i can smell a hint of cigarette, called up the front desk. They immediately upgraded us to a new room with a view. Sally sent some fruits by robot which is very sweet. The room is very clean with huge bathroom and very clean. My only complain is the body wash, shampoo dispenser is very hard to press, hopefully they can improve it to sensor dispenser or the press type. Bottled water and soda everyday and can even ask for more bottled water, so we dont need to buy anymore. The location is very convenient, the YANNAN station exit C is just beside the hotel. There are so many restaurants to choose from across the street and beside the hotel. The breakfast has many delicious choices, continental bfast and chinese food. In the afternoon, lobby has popcorn and drinks. They also have tea time with lots of pastries but we didnt try. At night they have porridge also. The hotel has self service laundry with iron on the 28th floor which you can monitor in your room which is very convenienrlt Front destk Sally, Tina and Nacy are very helpful which make our stay very pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel to my famuly and friends.

This is my second stay at this hotel, mainly because the rooms are great – spacious, bright, and comfortable. It's located right in the heart of Chaozhou, making it super convenient for dining and sightseeing. The staff, in particular, are incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to answer questions, which really made our trip to Chaozhou so much easier. The breakfast spread is also excellent. Highly recommended!

Our stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The hotel is stunning, with a sophisticated and stylish design from the lobby all the way to the rooms – it just exudes luxury. And the breakfast was incredible! The ingredients were fresh, and everything tasted delicious. The staff were also super attentive, even helping us with our luggage. We're extremely satisfied; this stay was definitely worth it!

Nan Yi Hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance to famous attractions like Paifang Street and Guangji Bridge, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The rooms are spacious and tidy, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The front desk and service staff are all friendly and professional. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience.

The room was great, and my kids loved the penguin-themed bedding – they practically fought over who got to sleep there! The kids' play area was also a big hit, and the front desk service was excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we'll definitely come back if we have the chance.

I randomly picked this hotel for a business trip, and it completely redefined my understanding of high-value accommodation! The hygiene details were exceptional; the bedding was soft, dry, and odorless, the toilet inside and out was sparkling clean, with no dust even in the corners of the tank. The floors were so clean I could walk barefoot without any grit or dust. The facilities were incredibly convenient to use; four lighting modes could be switched with a single button, and the projector cast clear, lag-free images for watching shows. The 24-hour hot water was instantly available at a perfect temperature, and the kettle boiled water quickly. The environment was also fantastic; the common areas were quiet with no noise, and the room had excellent ventilation, keeping the air fresh and preventing any stuffiness. The service was incredibly heartwarming too; the front desk staff proactively helped me receive a package and even called to remind me to pick it up. Seeing I was in a hurry, they thoughtfully prioritized my check-out, which was super efficient!
