The hotel's location is excellent, right within the city walls. It's very close to the Stele Forest Museum, the Drum Tower, and Dachaishi subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient. It's not directly on the main street; you need to turn into a small alley, giving it a 'quiet in the midst of noise' feel. The room wasn't large, but it was very clean, and daily housekeeping was prompt. There's a small parking lot downstairs, and on the ground floor, the check-in area has a public lounge and a small game zone. There's also an outdoor area by the entrance for smoking. I stayed for four consecutive days, and it was great! 👍

Weekend train trek to BaoJi from Xi’an. It’s a very walkable city, and there are bikes all around. Crowne Plaza has a nice longe on the 40th Floor. It is next to a mall, and adjacent to the theater. The park nearby stretches to the historically designed walking bridge into Chencang Old Street (I suggest folk music bar next to Panda Aquarium/BaoJi Station display). Crowne has nice views and comfortable rooms. Staff is bilingual and everything is clean. Of the Crowne Plazas I have stayed in, this one is maintained well.

A perfect experience for a family trip. The hotel is in a very good location, right by the Han River, integrated with Tianhan Park, and has a very good environment The hotel service is first-class, the facilities are very new, and it feels very high-end The breakfast is very good, the hot rice noodles are a must, I ate bowl after bowl until I couldn't eat anymore, it's much better than eating out There is a 30 yuan noodle buffet for lunch, which is amazing! Every kind of noodle is delicious, oil splash, pulled noodles, the children ate bowl after bowl, amazing! Next time I come to Hanzhong, I will stay here again

The room exceeded my expectations! The price was great, and the location was fantastic, right at Exit D of Zhonglou Station on Metro Line 2, with Line 6 also nearby. Having two subway lines made getting to various attractions super convenient. The service was thoughtful; they even gave us a free kids' meal and a small welcome gift. The room we booked was very spacious, and the bathroom layout was especially well-designed – I really appreciated the double sinks. There was also a rapid-boil kettle, which I found quite novel. The next day, there was a sudden heavy snowfall, so we ended up spending most of the day at the hotel. Luckily, the room was so big that we didn't feel like going out at all. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

Traveling with kids during the Chinese New Year peak season, the experience was absolutely fantastic. 1. The location is superb, right inside Huaqing Palace. There's a dedicated small gate for direct access to the park, and with our room key, we could enter and exit unlimited times smoothly and for free. The hotel itself is quiet and classic; just taking a walk around is a beautiful experience in itself. 2. Every staff member we encountered had a commendable attitude, genuinely considering the guests' needs. 3. The hot springs lived up to their reputation; both the indoor (staff filled the bath for us in advance in the evening) and outdoor pools were excellent. 4. Thoughtful details like insulated cups, white fungus soup, comfortable pajamas, a spacious bathroom, reminders about amenities delivered to the room, a beautiful souvenir mirror, and delicious welcome fruits. 5. The 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' show tickets, which they helped us book in advance, had excellent, central seats. In the evening, we took a dedicated passage to the venue, which was convenient and avoided crowds. 6. My only suggestion is that adding a humidifier in winter would make it even more perfect.

We arrived at T5 Xi'an airport past midnight and by the time we cleared immigration and customs, it was already 1.30am. After we message them, Moon Hotel sent a mini-bus to pick us up. Moon Hotel is short distance from hotel but the bus needed to pick others from other terminals. By the time we reached hotel, it was 2.30am Check-in was smooth and our twin bedroom was very spacious. Room was very clean with modern furnishings. Bathroom was large. The most amazing experience was the bed mattress. It was very comfortable amd bed has 2 soft toys. We sleep very well for 5 hours but we had to checked out for our next destination. Moon Hotel is next to the police station, another local hotel and eateries. Our hotel breakfast was chinese buffet style but no coffee. Breakfast is from 6.45-9.30 am. Hotel provided us bus transfer to airport. We recommend Moon Hotel as layover airport hotel and for very comfortable beds.

The Yazi Hotel at Xi'an Bell Tower Yongning Gate was an amazing experience! The location is superb, within walking distance of the Bell Tower, Yongning Gate, and the city wall. Stepping out, you're right in the core scenic area, making getting around incredibly convenient. The rooms have an elegant Tang Dynasty style, are clean and tidy, with smart amenities that work well, and comfortable bedding for a peaceful sleep. Some room types even offer direct views of the city wall at night, which is absolutely stunning. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and the breakfast was plentiful, including local specialty snacks. It’s quiet despite being in a bustling area—the environment is peaceful and not noisy. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. Staying here in Xi'an allows you to experience the charm of the ancient capital while enjoying comfort and convenience. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

The restaurant's buffet offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the staff are all warm, attentive, and quick to respond. A special thank you to the lovely lady at the front desk for her incredibly welcoming reception – my experience was absolutely perfect! I've already recommended it to my friends and will definitely be back next time!

The hotel environment is fantastic. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was incredibly comfortable and pleasant. Every staff member was proactive and enthusiastic in their interactions with guests. The breakfast was also very rich and delicious. What I particularly loved was their late-night snack service; it offered something different every evening, which was a wonderful and thoughtful touch. When leaving, they even helped provide bottled water, which was very considerate. If I ever come back to Xi'an, I'll definitely stay here again.

This hotel boasts an excellent location right next to the Yongning Gate city wall, and conveniently, next to Heshunhui Shopping Mall. Upon checking in, you can enjoy a Hanfu experience at their Hanfu studio on the 8th floor. We took our child there, and she looked absolutely beautiful after getting dressed up and having her makeup done. You can then wear the Hanfu to the city wall! The metro station is just a two-minute walk away, and the hotel is perfectly situated for visiting nearby attractions. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and I found the staff to be incredibly warm and welcoming. Their service was outstanding; when we checked in, they offered us tea, helped with our luggage, and even escorted us to our room. The room itself was spotless and the service continued to be excellent. All in all, I would definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Xi'an because it was truly wonderful.
