The room is spacious and clean, all the staffs are friendly and warm, greeting us with smiles. It has been a very pleasant and comfortable stay. We celebrate our father's bday at Rempah Kitchen and the staffs sang bday song and gave us a free bday cake. Am impressed with their service and hospitality. Would love to come back to 4 points again!

Pleasant to see the Harmoni One hotel's lobby has undergone big renovations and currently they are renovating the guest floors one level at a time. Clean room with clean bath tub and will look forward to the new renovated rooms when the renovations are complete is due time.

Near that beautiful beach with white sand and a gentle breeze in March, we experienced various kinds of delicious, albeit pricey, Nusantara Fried Rice and breakfast options that we ordered from a freshly cooked menu made with fresh ingredients. I really enjoyed the Pandan Piña Colada during our second stay at this resort. I will definitely miss you, Nirwarna Resort Hotel!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn and it is spacious and conducive for our family of 3. There are a lot of compartments within the room for you to store your stuff (especially when you are travelling with a toddler). The hotel service is great too. They provide shuttle bus service every hour to Plaza Lagoi. We took it to get lunch before our room was ready. The spa within the hotel is relaxing and a good break for us. We are also impressed with the gym equipment too. It is well equipped. Unfortunately, the food quality really need to be improved. We gave our feedback and was pleasantly surprised that changes and improvement were made. We look forward to coming back again when the additional upgrades are completed. We are excited to learn that there is going to be a bigger wellness centre within with more spa and salon related treatment. Most importantly, the staff service were great. We are thankful for all the help and attention to details from everyone in the hotel especially when travelling with a toddler.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Aston Batam Hotel & Residence as a family and it was our second visit, something that already says a lot about our confidence in this property. Once again, the experience did not disappoint. The location is excellent and very convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy Batam without any hassle. The breakfast spread was truly impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered well to both adults and children. What stood out the most was the consistency in service. The staff were warm, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. It’s rare to find a hotel where the standards remain just as high on a return visit, but Aston Batam Hotel & Residence has clearly maintained its quality without any drop. Overall, it was another wonderful family stay, and we would gladly return again in the future. We will definitely be heading back to stay there again when we visit Batam next for our short getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant stay in Batam.

Decent hotel at a very strategic location. Many surrounding facilities like coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, convenient stores, bakeries, massage parlours, KTVs, and etc. Nearby a large food court called A2 Food Court and shopping malls like Grand Batam Mall and Batam City Square Mall. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Standard room amenities. Lobby looks newly renovated. I believe some further renovation on going for breakfast restaurant and other parts of the hotel. Staffs are helpful like security guy helping with our luggage and receptionist keep us inform as soon as room available for early check-in. Overall, value for money accomodation.

Staying in Cassia Bintan was the perfect sanctuary I needed to recharge and getaway from the busy city life. This 'me-time' was exactly what I needed to find my peace again. The hospitality started the moment I arrived—I was greeted by Arya at the counter, who was incredibly helpful and kind. His warm welcome immediately put me at ease as a solo traveller. I truly appreciated the shuttle bus provided by Cassia from the ferry terminal; it felt very safe and organized, which is so important for solo female travellers. The room itself was a dream. I loved the blue colour of the room. This soothing blue wall creates a calm space where I can truly relax. It's spacious and clean. My favourite spot was the well-equipped kitchenette and the nice private balcony; the air felt so clean and fresh, and it was such a serene place for me to sit and do my painting. I love the sea so much, and the serene beach was so therapeutic. The pristine white sand and the shimmering turquoise blue sea were breathtaking. Being able to stroll along the shore every single day while listening to the gentle sea waves was the perfect way to clear my mind. I also loved spending time at Vista—sipping on their refreshing lime juice while soaking in the stunning sea view was pure bliss. The food at Lotus Cafe was delicious, and the staff always greeted me with a warm smile. Having the market 23 nearby was also so convenient for snacks and essentials. The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Batam's largest shopping mall. The facilities are comprehensive, and the environment is comfortable. The room insulation is great, the bed is very comfortable, and the curtains provide good blackout. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and they even offered complimentary laundry service. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Wonderful Stay at Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Grand Mall – Highly Recommended! This was our second stay at Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Grand Mall and once again, it exceeded our expectations. I booked through Trip.com as it offered the best rates compared to other platforms and the experience was seamless from start to finish. We stayed from 23–26 May 2026 as a family of 3 adults and 2 young children (aged 4 and 3). This time, we booked a 1-Bedroom Executive and an Executive King with connecting rooms, which was perfect for both family bonding and privacy. The location is excellent—directly opposite Grand Batam Mall, making shopping, dining and entertainment incredibly convenient. Our kids especially enjoyed Kidzlandia & Batam Zoo Paradise! The hotel is also next to Eska Wellness Spa where you can enjoy massages, hair treatments, manicures and pedicures. Even before arrival, the service was impressive. I contacted the hotel via WhatsApp for a few special requests and the staff were professional, responsive and genuinely accommodating. What we loved most about the 1-Bedroom Executive: • Spacious and spotlessly clean room • 2-in-1 washer and dryer — extremely convenient for families • Kitchenette with microwave & fridge • Hot and cold water dispensers available at every lift lobby • Kids’ pool that our children absolutely loved • Plenty of storage space • Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, and more • Breakfast was awesome with a wide variety to choose from This time, we were pleasantly surprised with the complimentary hi-tea, which made our afternoons extra special. Pls be mindful Hotel require deposit 100k IDR. When check out, the hotel will check the room first before u get your deposit back. Need to wait around 10mins. Can say cheap rate hotel with 2 breakfast just around rm125 per night. I chose this hotel bcos i arrived Batam night time, so no need fancy hotel hehe. The hotel is not shoplot hotel, the whole building is the hotel. At night quite noisy, not sure why, maybe there’s event at the ballroom hotel. The toilet room is average (quite smelly maybe bcos old hotel), not suitable for fussy person. Same goes to the bed and bed sheet. But the room is so spacious and have kiblat sign (for muslim prayer). Breakfast spread also average, suitable if you not eat much. But still have egg station. Nasi goreng, meehon goreng, cereals, also have. Overall still ok if you stay 1 night.
