Absolutely fantastic resort very clean very polite friendly staff food was lovely so many pools to choose from never had trouble finding beds water slide my children loved. my children loved this hotel didn’t want to come home kids club was brilliant and the train my 2 year old loved train man was so nice and would stop if staight away if room was avail e he went on everyday and sometime couple time brilliant bar staff around pools and waiters around pools were lovely and so friendly constantly Geting drinks and asking if u needed anythink else couldn’t ask for better waiters rooms were lovely and clean everythink u need in them entertainment was brilliant for my children first holiday it been best holiday and will be returning in June next year so excited to come back and last of all thank you to the waiter around the pool who was so lovely and friendly couldn’t do any more for us if he tried he made it a lovely experience to relax with out have to worry about keep running to get drinks he name is saruham he is absolutely brilliant thank u for best holiday

We stayed here with our extended family (27 of us). All the bathrooms are in need of update as they haven’t been so since the 80s by the looks of it. The night time receptionist Umar was extremely rude. He went round and asked each of our family for tips on the first night just for showing us to our rooms. He promised to look after us through the duration of our stay however as soon as he received tips from each of us he became very ignorant of us all. After we challenged him in front of his colleagues he denied taking any tips from us. Overall, the hotel mainly caters for Russians and hardly any English speaking staff. All of our group sensed racism and we didn’t feel welcomed. The cleaners will only do minimum ie wipe the desk and tidy. You have to specifically ask them to clean the bathroom or change the bedding or hoover the floor. No towels or toilet roll supplied/replaced unless you ask. Indoor pool is freezing so cannot use at all. Hotel is ok but the staff and service very very disappointing. Food is boring same thing everyday got bored of it all after 2 days. The bar and restaurant staff work hard but they all seem miserable. Not a good experience at all. I would not recommend this hotel especially if you are British.

Just returned home after 11 nights at the Tui Magic Beldibi. me and my friend had a wonderful time. Hotel clean, food was very nice and plenty to choose from, from breakfast right through to dinner. Staff are brilliant friendly and polite. Entertainment team were amazing and the shows and activities were very proffesional and enjoyable . And they work so hard to make sure everyone is having a good time without being to pushy, so thank you Daphne,Oge,Gabriel,Melany Tabuso and the rest of you. Normal shops outside hotel selling different things. Visted land of legends free with hotel and went on A boat trip all very good. From Lisa & Lisa 🇬🇧

Especially foreign employees have a very low customer service quality, they have difficulty in understanding what we say and what we want. Staff in food services are insufficient and their energy is low. One should not expect much in animations, especially music. There is no price performance to get such a high score.
