Overall, this accommodation offers excellent value for money. The room was extremely clean, which we really appreciated. We booked a room with a private bathroom. At first, we thought the living room and kitchen would be shared with all guests staying in the villa. However, it turned out that the villa is divided into independent units with three rooms inside one unit. We only shared the living room with guests from the other two rooms in the same unit. During our stay, no one else really used the common area, so it felt very comfortable and almost private. The self check-in via kiosk was very convenient, as we didn’t have to interact with anyone. Near the kiosk, there is also a water dispenser, sofas to rest on, and a restroom, which was very thoughtful. We also liked the variety of restaurant recommendation QR codes displayed at the property. We stayed here with our 8-year-old child and had a very relaxing time. We would definitely stay here again whenever we visit Ipoh.

Won't recommend to friend and family. First, my commend will only apply if you go during school / public holiday. This is because the sound insulation is god damn bad especially the room beside you is occupied with children. Seriously my whole family is being woke up by ”natural alarm” (screaming and crying of children starting from 7am and it last for two hours) the noise is big enough like beside your ears, and you are no way to sleep back. Second, the bedsheet makes my parents feel itchy (dustmite bedbug) and they really got bad sleeping experience. Third, the swimming pool is full of kids during day time if you go during school holiday and I dare you won't want to go for a swim anymore...

House very spacious but only one parking lot per customer while extra cars need to park outside the guardhouse which is not convenient. I suggest owner needs to check & maintain the amenities in the house regularly to avoid unnessary complaint from customer. I've found out two sockets in the rooms is malfunctioning.

The hotel was really good and convenient for our stay. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and my family really enjoyed it. Everything was great except the cleanliness — the towels had yellow stains, so that part needs some improvement. Other than that, the place was lovely and I highly recommend it! It’s a great choice if you’re visiting Lost World of Tambun, though it’s a bit far from the town area.

Our stay was fantastic! We booked it specifically for Lost World, and it was incredibly convenient as it's located just downstairs. The host was also wonderful, even checking in with us to make sure we had no issues with check-in.

We stay 5pax in one room. The room is quite big for 5 of us, best thing about the room is it got a mini kitchen that has a sink, cloth rack and mini kitchen island to put our stuff on that! The room is clean and its in city centre. Gonna stay here again in the future.

Find a fantastic standalone vacation home; There is a small zoo· 🦌🦜🐒🐓； There is a small library and reception room 📖； There is purified water and a small kitchen； You can also ask the front desk Indonesian girl for feed to feed small animals. The standalone building we stayed in has two bedrooms and one living room. The family lives comfortably together. The boss can communicate fluently in both Chinese and English. Communicate via WhatsApp before check-in, fortunately send invitation letter. Pro 1. The condo located right next to The Lost World Tambun, if you are going to the lagoon, this condo is the right one. Buggy is outside the lobby area to provide free ride to the lagoon entrance. 2. Check in process is smooth c/w digital lockset. 3. The management company is pretty helpful and easy to liaise with. 4. Balcony facing lagoon, quite nice view. 5. Hot pool besides the swimming pool, relaxing. Con 1. If your trip is to enjoy Ipoh food, the stay is about 30 mins to city center. Pretty far. 2. Cleanliness is an issue. Sticky flooring, yellow stain WC cover 3. Sagging bed, my aunt cannot sleep for the whole night 4. Sagging sofa, my back side basically is on the spring 5. Water flow to the shower head is limited. The water pressure is so low and I would say the flow is merely to wet the body. Water pressure to basin is good.

The first impression was excellent, but it somehow getting out of hand. Grab drivers was not very happy to come for picking us up, sending us here, or delivering the food. They can’t find this place. No proper signboard on the road, road was quite rocky when we first get there. It’s still under construction road. Restaurant opened only for breakfast and the food is pale. Tried to order food but no drivers ever come here before, just refused to deliver our food. Very pathetic for us as we don’t drive here. No TV, no in-house phone, no WiFi. Basically there’s nothing can be done. Can’t live here without going out as no food to eat here. We came here just because of the view from the mountains. The room was spacious and airy. I love the big window and yard.
