The hotel is very classic japanese hotel, they provide very good service, the room was feels bit old but very comfortable. I booked for japanese style room, they put me on the second floor. Room was very neat and clean. Second floor is in same room as their japanese spa. They have very nice family onsen. In door and outdoor. Very convenient. They let you use their kimono to walk around the hotel which not all hotel allow it. Very convenient You can see fuji mountain as scenery but the trip from level 5 fuji to this hotel took about 2 hours by private bus. So it’s quite a trip if you coming all the way from fuji mountain to here. I had dinner and breakfast, they have farious kind of food but it was just ok. This hotel is recommended if you want to pampered yourself. Choose the Japanese style room, they use tatami and cute japanese stuff. It’s well recommended

I stayed at a high grade cottage for 1 nights in a domestic beef sukiyaki plan for catering. It was better than I imagined because I didn't expect much except meals from word of mouth. However, if you think that it is 15000 yen per person on weekdays off season, there is little point that it was especially good, and it is a feeling of satisfaction about the price ... can I be a little cheaper? Laughs The first good thing was that he accepted the request that he had told me in advance. The vast site was uneasy because the means of movement were walking, but I was able to spend it without difficulty because it was a cottage very close to the front desk. And the image of the public bath facility was not included. It was cleaner than I thought (because I didn't expect it because I didn't expect it), and the temperature of the sauna was high and the water bath was good. And above all, the staff at the beginning of the front desk was very good. Next, it was a little disappointing. I wanted to stay in a cottage like a log house tree on the homepage, but it was a cottage like a normal house. I stayed in the assumption that there was a rose, but I can't deny the feeling of regret if I don't hit the room. I wish I could designate it .... And I expected this place with the word of mouth that the sukiyaki of the catering was delicious, but the meat quality was certainly good, but the taste of the subdivision was not a little preferred. The smell of the room was high grade, but it was a humid environment, so it was okay, but I didn't care about the details. The nervous person may be worried. After booking a steak shop next door, I found this place when I looked for an inn to enjoy Koshu wine anyway and booked here. Did you find out later? It was like a series with this steak shop. I was wondering what kind of inn it was, but there was a hot spring and it was also used in a family bath, and the hot spring itself was very good with good quality. Inside is an inn decorated with jazz records, with a nice bar and restaurant atmosphere, and a terrace that has become a winter garden. There is a museum nearby and other sightseeing spots are nearby, so I thought it would be good. I wanted to use it again if I had the opportunity.

We stayed at Keyforest for two nights, as part of a trip to the nearby Hakushu distillery. We did not know what to expect, as this was our first foray outside the major cities in Japan. To our very pleasant surprise, this turned out to be one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in (and we've stayed in some really great ones). The rooms were gorgeous and big, with amazing views of the surrounding mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed the on-site whiskey bar. The staff was very accommodating; when we wanted a different restaurant for our second night, they just drove us there and back. And we loved the private hot springs / spa area, maybe three minutes walk from the hotel itself. Then there's the Keith Haring Museum next door - took us about 30 minutes to go through, with a lot of cool artwork. Super great experience, we would love to go back!

I always use it for the Yatsugatake Endurance Tournament held at the next Equestrian Stadium. It's helpful because you can walk early in the morning. It is a pension with a cat. ❗ irresistible for cat lovers.

I visited for the first time in a year. The view of the hotel garden and pond, and the mountain 々 (silhouette of Mt. Fuji in the distance) is beautiful from the room. The Western-style room is large and the wash area has amenities such as lotion. The bath was a men's and women's replacement system, and the open-air bath was a hot spring, which was spacious. The indoor bath was not a hot spring, but I was a little worried about the smell of karuki (I didn't feel it in the bath the next morning). There was cold water in the washroom area of each dressing room, which made my throat moist after taking a bath. Dinner was a Western course this time. For wine bottles, foreign house wine was about 3500 yen. It was French wine. The Western course is quite healthy with plenty of vegetables. The apple salad is elaborate with dry apples, raw sliced apples, boiled apples ３ seeds, sweet roasted nuts and bacon, but no dressing or olive oil is used. It was unique. The fish dish was a grilled fish with cod or something, and it was bolsich tailored, but I thought it might have been better to just grill it as it was. The beautiful color and mysterious texture of the refreshing malo's granite, meat dishes and desserts were delicious. One thing that was unfortunate was that when I asked for cold, the male staff who seemed to be motivated did not bring it forever, and it was passed rather than forgetting. I understood it by my attitude, so I should have asked a different person quickly. Breakfast was Japanese, but it's well balanced. The meal here is not heavy, not too little or too much, and it is well balanced. I checked out at 11 o'clock, so I took a walk in the garden. The area around the lake was about 10 minutes even if I went slowly, and the mountains 々 and the autumn leaves that reflected in the sunny autumn were beautiful. This time, the arrival day was also a sunny autumn day, so I participated in the starry sky appreciation party. After receiving an explanation of the autumn stars for about 10 minutes in the hall, go to the pitch-black outdoors with a lantern in one hand and admire the starry sky. I could still see the Milky Way, Jupiter and Red Saturn. At the starry sky appreciation party, thick coats and downs are not rented, so it is recommended that those who participate in the fall or those who participate warmly. In addition, the actual time to see the stars is less than 20 minutes. Participation is free and it is held 4 times at night, so it is a recommended event. This time as well, it was a memorable stay.
