Krasnodar Hostels

When booking a trip to Krasnodar, it is a hotel recommended by the client. It is generally good, the facilities are relatively new, and it is also in the center of the city. However, Krasnodar is not a big city, so the size of the hotel is not very large.

Use extreme caution when renting a villa in Tuscany. The experience is very varied. We were on a family reunion needing a second villa to support all of us. The air conditioning was very poor in some of the bedrooms. When I asked the manager to look at it all he could say was sorry. I also asked for a fan and was told no to this request. Communication was very poor as well. The manager only responded to the use of What’s App never to a text or phone call. We ordered items for a pantry and many things were missing. In the end we were asked to pay for meals and pantry items in cash euros. Since we were not carrying the cash we wrote a check but were charged a 10 percent VAT tax. None of this was explained in advance. The other Villa was an entirely different place. Comparing the two villas. Villa Parmolaia was like being treated like a second class citizen. As well many items were in disrepair ie broken toilet seat. Bath tub leaking hot tub jets broken. We even had limited towels and toilet paper——2 towels per person for the week 1 for the shower 1 for the pool. There was also no soap shampoo etc which the travel agent said would be included. Beware of Tuscany Italy. Very tricky!

Hotel fully fulfilled expectations. They were travelling 24 hours. Two adults and two children 7 and 5 years old. Location excellent-centre. Parking free at the hotel. Some places were free. Resident for an hour earlier without request. No child birth certificate was requested that reduced the time of settlement. All fast and politely, thank you. Deluxe 905 is clean and very comfortable. Furniture classic, everything looks fresh, untrashed. A little narrow couch for two children, but we put the banquet and chair on both sides so that the children don't fall asleep. I want to mark fresh, not frozen, as in many hotels, sesame, fresh (heat) baking. Kashi and cocoa are too sweet. Salates, omlets, cuts of sausage and cheese. Everyone will find a food on the shower. Prosecco is present. Coffee, tea for any taste. The only minus that would mark is too noisy from the road. I thought the windows were open. But maybe it's after two weeks of living in the mountains where there's silence. At the same time, the doors and walls noise are not passing, the guests are not heard and it seems that only you live on the floor. In general, I would be exactly recommended for this hotel to stay and I will come back on the occasion.

Do not stop in this hotel, the terrible attitude of the staff, dirty smelling rooms, broken bed, mattresses long time to throw them all sold, full of unsanitation, breakfasts are terrible nowhere, in the spa you can easily get any infection.
