Great location. Spacious, comfortable room. The staff were friendly, warm and efficient. Loved this hotel, courtyard and cloisters for an evening drink and cosy bar. Just wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy an evening meal at the restaurant. The menu and photos were tempting!

It was certainly one of the best hotels in which I stayed in Leon, and certainly I will return if the price continues like this night 55€ . 15 minutes walking from the old hole and to return over the night 5€ d taxi, and very profitable. I paid more in hostels at 5 km. The only pega k I will put, ye that breakfast coffee, bad no, worse. The rest of the buffet very well. The room a 10, the wedding bed was pa pairs enfadaes, jajjajja. 2 meters. We will return, like the Royal Oviedo

The hotel is cheaply located near many stores and has a private parking right in front of the door. The rather small rooms are well furnished, the bathroom has a bathtub. Air conditioning is not controlable (no tocar). The room was a little bright, but the neighbors were quiet. The reception was unusually closed at 5 p.m. The bar was constantly closed. The four stars are therefore not eligible. The cheap breakfast with € 6.50 was quite simple. The hot food or normal bread was not there, milk and butter I was looking forgivenly. The coffee full-automated beans used. Price mostly cheap.

Satisfactory Budget Accommodation but the welcome left me cold after the officious grilling at reception. Motorcycle parking in secure car park under the hotel with access to all floors but at the same daily rate as cars. Room clean and fully functioning but check the facilities when you book as some have kettles and some don't.

Excellent location within walking distance from Train station, but I would recommend if you are ””walking ””to follow Google maps driving directions instructions much easier and clearer The hotel was within walking distance of the tourist centre. Restaurants were still putting out tables at 2100 and very reasonable priced. Great choices at the breakfast different types of, cheese, ham ,bread ,cereals and too good selection of cakes Great hotel, great breakfast and great location

We stayed in this hotel as part of a bicycle tour. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was on the 3rd floor, under the roof with view to the church steeple. Breakfast is well stocked and very varied. We also used the spa. It is very spacious with several jets in various sections focusing in different sections of the body. Great stay

Recomendable ,muy cerca del centro ,peró por nuestro gusto algunas cosas a cambiar como el desayuno que se puede mejorar bastante la calidad y surtido como poner otros quesos, que no sea sólo el de barra , productos sin gluten ,sin lactosa ,poner pavo ,leches vegetales y el café de mejor calidad ,por el resto todo bien ,la habitación limpia con unas vistas impresionantes y el personal de recepción muy amable y atento a todas tus necesidades . I've stayed at this hotel twice before, once in 2017 and again in 2018, each time for over a week. When I needed to return to Valladolid recently, I didn't think twice about rebooking at the Enara. But never again. It's definitely gone downhill. Overall, the hotel looks tired, in need of a revamp. It just seemed not quite as clean as previous visits. On arrival, they had no knowledge of my previous visits and therefore my loyalty to their hotel. Then they tried to palm me off with a room in which a previous occupant had clearly been smoking. It stank terribly. In fairness, when I reported that the room was unacceptable, they quickly found me an alternative. But why did they try it on in the first place? Then I discovered that the toilet didn't flush properly, requiring 5 or 6 flushes before clear water returned - and this in spite of a lot of water being discharged each flush but clearly not directed in the right place. I reported the problem and was told it would be fixed, but it never was, so I just had to put up with it and waste a lot of precious water. I had a double room booked for 2 people but the wardrobe contained only 4 coat hangers. My wife would have gone berserk if she'd accompanied me! The hotel I'd stayed at in the centre of Madrid had 18 coat hangers. But why so few at the Enara? Once again, after I reported the shortfall, more hangers were installed very soon afterwards. And such an antiquated internet system! For some strange reason, when you check, you get an automatic allowance of 5 days' free use of their internet but I was staying for longer. I was in the middle of writing a long email coincidently exactly 5 days after checking in when suddenly my internet disappeared. I was not best pleased. So I had to traipse all the way to reception to get another 5 days. Virtually all other hotels I've stayed in around the world in recent years just give you the codes and that's it - no need to get new ones. The rooms don't have safes, let alone ones big enough to take a laptop, which is becoming the norm these days. A minor ******. The hotel has two adjacent lifts - they're bang next door to one another. And yet they operate independently - so you can't just press one lift button and leave it to the lifts to work out which one could service you the quickest. I'm aware of the struggles the global hotel industry has had as a result of the pandemic but some just seem to have got their acts together much better than the Enara. There are plenty of other good hotels in Valladolid, similarly priced, some much closer to the city centre. So, sadly, when I return to this lovely city, I shan't be staying a fourth time at the Enara.

This was my least favorite of the AC hotels I stayed in during my trip in northern Spain.. It was located in a relatively unremarkable area and just overall was very dark. The one great thing about its location was across the street from the department store and their massive grocery hall in the basement. Staff opinions were mixed for me - some of the front office staff were wonderful and helpful, another in particular always seemed put off by requests for information or assistance. The room was fine, although with no view of anything in particular. Like the theme of the hotel, it just seemed gloomy. I was happy for the comfort of this hotel but not its location. I'd have to think about whether I would stay here again.

This hotel is ok due to its position - literally 20m behind the square. There is a great self use laundary right opposite the hotel - 5 meters! Unfortunately, our room had a bit of a smell, and this hotel does not provide any extras. No slippers, no hot water jug, no coffee, etc. Reception has a coffee machine, but you have to purchase the pods! Our room was really cold. We were told the AC was off. They said I could come to reception to get a heater if it was really cold. When I got there, the manager said he would ”turn it on.” Went back to the room, and it started working! Very weird indeed. Saving costs? Shower in bath. Bit slippey as no antislip mat. Take care! Staff were ok.

Our stay at Hacienda Zorita was perfect in every way, truly faultless. From the moment we arrived the staff greeted us and let us know that we were much appreciated guests who were going to be well cared for in a highly professional yet relaxed and friendly way. Dreamy and romantic are the adjectives that come to mind when describing this ancient monastery dating back to 1366, located on the river Tormes. There simply could not be a more perfect setting for a wedding. Our daughter and son-in-law were married here and the entire day was joyous. As far as organisation was concerned, every stage of the day ran as smooth as a very well oiled machine. High quality organic food and wine is produced at this venue. The standard of the food and drink served to a large number of guests at each stage of the day went over and above expectations. The generous servings of a multitude of delicious canapies upon arrival was quite a happy topic of conversation amongst the guests. All this served with ice cold glasses of champagne from a strong number of smart well-trained waiting staff. This set the scene for a day that the staff grasped with determination to ensure that each and every guest had the time of their lives. The experience of staying as a hotel guest was equally world class. The rooms are charming and rustic, in keeping with the history of the building, whilst providing luxury and all the usual facilities one expects of a hotel of this standing. The beds and luxurious bedding deserve a mention in their own right for the comfort and wonderful night's sleep they provided. The grounds are well manicured and fascinating, providing walks with views to delight the eye around every corner, after which one can wander into the main house at what seemed like any time and sit by the river to be served delicious food. Such is the pride in the meat and cheese they produce, that they have a special room with a glass wall to display what is on offer! There is a small spa on the premises which we didn't visit but I was told by another guest that they also offer massage and it was excellent. The location of this great historic hotel complex is idyllic, set deep in glorious countryside yet 10 mins drive from Salamanca and all its history and exquisite architecture. Pick up the phone and reception always get a taxi there within 20 mins. What more can I say? Hacienda Zorita will undoubtedly call us back time and time again.

If you like the historical aspect, this is an old monastery or convent that has been repurposed as a hotel in the university city of Salamanca. It has a huge courtyard on a steep, but walkable, hill and is attached to other historical buildings. The room itself is large and comfortable with excellent beds and pillows. We had a French balcony that overlooked the cathedral and has a fridge and safe. The bathroom is very modern, and we loved the plush bath sheets. Though we didn't go down to it, the hotel is very near the river, also within walking distance to the Plaza Major that has lots of cafes but less retail. The whole area is filled with 15th century buildings that are cathedrals, universities or used for student housing. It is a maze of narrow streets and alleys - so besides our guided tour, we did not venture very far from the hotel during our one night stay, though we understand it to be very safe. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, as you willl note from the pictures. The hotel has a large reception and lobby area that swings around to the breakfast room. The hallways are rather dark, and it is a bit of a maze to find your room. perfect for one night, amid centuries of history.

The location of the hotel is good, suitable for self-driving, just park the parking space in the hotel's surrounding wall. The Carrefour hypermarket near the opposite, easy to purchase, not too far to drive to the attractions, the room type is relatively new, and the breakfast with the reservation is also very good .

We only had one night visiting Salamanca in a road trip and was pleased we found the Hotel Rector. It’s perfectly situated at the edge of the old town. Small and friendly and is run with a personal touch. Very helpful map of the ‘must sees’, a small, secure garage with direct access in to the hotel (essential to reserve a spot if needed), clean, comfortable, lovely turn down service, friendly staff. They even gave us a goody bag with water and snacks for our onward journey. :) Highly recommend. (The ONLY downside for us was sleeping in a basement - I’d have preferred an upstairs bedroom - there was a small inner courtyard so not without a window but no day light …)

Since 2013 I have been staying at this hotel during four weeks (second week of May - first week of June) a year. Since my first time here, I have felt like being at home. All personnel are very welcoming and do everything they can to help you enjoy your stay. Their offer full breakfast with great hot and cold options; and you can enjoy it while contemplating one of the most beautiful views over Plaza Mayor (main square). Furthermore, location is unbeatable. Overall, I love staying here year after year; I already consider them part of my extended family!

The hotel is large, the environment is good, and it is convenient for parking, but the spa is only open on weekends, and this information is not visible when booking. Mainly to see water conservancy projects and eat roast suckling pig, the most famous restaurant must be reserved in advance, the name Jose Maria

The hotel is very close to the big sink. There are McDonald's fast food restaurants and dinner shops nearby. The hotel has its own underground paid parking lot. When the car leaves the parking lot, pay attention to being far from the door to avoid encountering when the door is opened. The front desk of the hotel was very enthusiastic, recommended the restaurant to us and helped to make an appointment. The room is slightly smaller.

Qualité d’un mauvais 2 étoiles. Chambre minuscules, mal Isolées, sales (cheveux et crasses parterre, serviettes sales), et sans lumière ni vue (courette intérieure sombre sans air) pour certaines! Si nous n’avions pu changer, nous nous serions sentis en prison (chambre 401 et 201!) Extrêmement bruyant dans l’hôtel. Petit déjeuner infecte et service médiocre et personnel de salle psycho-rigide désagréable (vous empêchant entre autre de prendre une table vide car dressée pour 4 alors que vous êtes 3 (raison donnée, c’est beaucoup de travail d’enlever un couvert!!??) et ensuite donnant la même table à une autre famille de 2 ou 3). Nourriture: œufs et lards infectes et froids; jambons raçis; pain sec; grand buffet mais avec rien de bon. Ils feraient mieux de faire moins, mais qualitatif! Vivement déconseillé.

Structurally beautiful, Great views and lovely room. ….but, something uncomfortable about staying there. Weird that we were not allowed outside on Saturday night because there was a wedding… we were clearly in the way as just ordinary guests! We felt like prisoners in our room , only alternative was the bar… which had a football match on the tv. We quite liked listening to the loud wedding pub band from our balcony until late into the evening. So, overall - not at all what we expected from a parador!

Ha sido una buena elección, está a una distancia cómoda para visitar la ciudad sin necesidad de coche. La atención muy buena, el desayuno más que bien, las habitaciones son notables en comodidad. Quiero resaltar la deferencia habida, puesto que se nos olvidó alguna prenda y no demoraron nada en enviárnosla al domicilio.

The lack of car parking was a disappointment- though to be fair ample parking is close. It is just a drag taking cases from the car to the hotel. This is a large parador, and relatively new. The interior is no more than a shell, although the architect has made good use of the space, with central courtyards. We stayed one night and were given an attic room. Unususually, it had internal stairs allowing you to access the high window to see the view. Disappointingly, the double bed was relatively small (compared to other paradors where we have stayed). The bar is a little odd- you have to leave the hotel and then come back in. The restaurant- on the lowest floor- was good though a little soulless. The location is great, with La Granja within walking distance. But this was probably one of the more basic paradors we have visited, and lacked the polish and facilities of older establishments. We would recommend it if you were visiting La Granja, but it is not worth making a detour for.

Fabulous swimming pool and pool area but it doesn't open until 12.00! I thought you would be able to sit in the lawn area until the pool opened but there is also no access until midday. Good-size room and bathroom. Just a bit suprised by the tiny TV! I certainly don't need a giant TV in a hotel room but this one was very small. Great team at the pool, in the bar and restaurant and on the front desk. Location is away from the bustle of the centre but just a short bus ride to get there (30 min walk). There are supermarkets and a couple of restaurants close by. The hotel has a bar and restaurant on site. Overall, a very nice hotel with a great pool.

The apartments are in an amazing location in the historic centre of Segovia, and it was fabulous to look out over Plaza San Martin. The view from the roof terrace is stunning. The apartment is well equipped, but a lot of space was taken up with the kitchen area, and it would benefit from a little more storage space for luggage.
