This hotel has poor facilities, no elevators, and the suitcase has to go to the second floor. Breakfast is very poor, nothing can eat, wifi signal is very bad, often there is no signal on the network, the environment is still quiet. The price is cheap so you can't ask too much. The mattress is very thick and it is quite comfortable to sleep. There is still a problem, the quality of toiletries is relatively poor.

They offer no amenities, I’ve been to the office daily after work to get new key cards because they only work for a few hours and then quit. There are used syringes laying through the parking lot, one of my employees is sleeping on the floor because there is no pullout sofa like the site states and they would not give a refund because I booked through my Wyndham app, I’ve called Wyndham and gave them feedback but got a Im sorry for your inconvenience pitch and that was it. They refuse to give us another room. The cleaning person is a guy running around with cleaning supplies and a vacuum wearing his pants below his ass and no shirt on looking like a 309(inmate) in a county jail. My neighbors are fighting as she is throwing his belongings over the rail as I am writing this review. This is not a hotel, more like a slumlord apartment complex. They have not cleaned our rooms once, the god awful smell coming from the dishwasher keeps me up at night on top of guy riding there motorcycle through the courtyard and around the gazebo at night revving his engine, the people that are staying or should I say live here are loud as crap and don’t give a rats ass about anybody else. Pretty sure there is an underage ********** or druggie going in and out of the same four rooms several times a day. There is so much more that I can keep writing so im just gonna say please read reviews…. They are there for a reason… I just want my money back.

They put a $100 hold on your account in addition to your room charge. I went to my room and was disgusted at what I found. The toilet wasn’t even flushed from the last person who had been there! Smears on the wall under the toilet paper, dirty sheets and pillow, and dirty carpet. Despite driving all day, I told the manager I didn’t want to stay there because of the conditions. He said I needed to leave immediately, so I got my things and went to get my receipt. He threw a fit about me wanting a copy of my receipt, and he threw it at me and said “now get out. And if the room is messed up, we’re charging you a cleaning fee.” I asked him, why would he charge me a cleaning fee? I’d been there 20 minutes and all I’d done is inspect the bedding and the room. He said, “you can’t just come in, mess everything up, and leave.” Well, he charges all these cleaning fees, and the housekeepers don’t even clean the rooms properly. Needless to say, I’m disputing this with my bank. The fitness center is shut down, hallway bathroom is shut down, they are not serving breakfast, and no daily housekeeping. There were even bugs on the check in counter. Stay far away from here! It’s not worth it to stay here, especially when it’s dirty and you don’t even get breakfast. You’re way better off staying somewhere else and not risk getting charged a cleaning fee for nothing.

My wife and I needed a nice place to stay near Marion, IN for a conference. The room was very comfortable with microwave, refrigerator, TV, iron plus the board. There were some small details of wear like a torn shear curtain. The hallway was ready to be painted which shows proper upkeep. The elevator was clean and adequate. We did not use the pool but saw families with children enjoying it. The fitness room was in need of repair as it was very warm, and the door was held open with a wire instead of being accessed by the room key. The outside door by the stairway was not room key accessible but it locked which made me feel secure. We enjoyed the provided breakfast each day and the staff were attentive to make sure food was available.

The hotel is nice. It reminds me of the hotels my parents would take us kids when young : big, spacious lobby, the smell of a pool, indoor balconies where you can look out on the interior. All was nice and luxurious, though maybe a bit older. We were going to the airport early so really there wasn't much time to hangout. My partner found it a bit cold as our ac unit didn't produce heat reliably.

From all the reviews on TA, didnt expect much. Was afraid of a dirty/smoky room but was the complete opposite... Stayed on a comp over Memorial Day weekend Sat-Tues (my feedback would be the same if the room was paid). Opted for mobile check in which was convenient and was able to obtain my room around 2PM. Albeit I didnt have to stand at a check in line, I still had to stand in line for my key which is counter-productive. Would be nice if there was a single kiosk for online check ins. The crowd there is mostly people 50+ who want to stand in line...I dont. I want my key quickly so I can jet. Lady checking me in was very nice...BS'd with her a few minutes since no one was in line behind me. Assigned a room on the 4th floor. View of the parking lot---didnt care since the elevator up/down to the room was quick. The hallway though smelled bad---I would have preferred cigarettes but this was OLD MAN BODY ODOR-----was terrible. It even stuck with me til we got into our room---I was like, is that me all of a sudden? Did I sweat and auto-smell? Why does it smell like a musty old man in the hallway? The stink lingered for two days and then by Monday it was gone. Anyways, the room was clean and tidy. Didnt inspect every corner of the room but the general appearance was that it was clean. Enjoyed the spacious bathroom and shower mostly. TV needs to be upgraded from a 32 inch to at least 40 inch considering they have the space for it. Small fridge worked fine. Didnt use the coffee maker. Bed comfy, pillows, not so much. Had a hard time sleeping night 1 but built a pillow fort and was able to get some descent sleep the following nights. For it being a holiday weekend, didnt really hear or see anyone on the floor. Was very quiet. Water pressure in the shower was A+. Everything seemed to work just fine. Again, this rating is just for the room/check in experience. Not the ****** or restaurants.
