Location, food, amenities were good. But lift was not functioning which is a chronic problem. Major problem is the jim above hotel

Simple room with friendly staff. The room is basic but with the price. Hot water available 24 hours and the ac works great. Bed was comfortable and overall the room was clean. The breakfast has only 2 options - paratha and poha which was a disappointment but overall the stay was pleasant.

The hotel had a lot of power cuts throughout the day & they did not even have a proper generator facility ! we had a function & there was no electricity in the hotel which hampered the event as well & we had visited in may which was already 45* temp and with no electricity at all !

It’s an average hotel, with average rooms and average services. Can stay here if you’re in transit or passing through the city and need a place to rest at night. Bed linens, towels etc although fresh didn’t appear that way.
