Nous connaissons l'hôtel depuis plus de 10 ans ,après la vente par la propriétaire a un groupe. Une nouvelle directrice a été nommée très très bien. Depuis son départ en septembre c'est une véritable catastrophe il n'y a plus d'ambiance plus de chaleur humaine, l'apéritif du 24 décembre a même été supprimé !! Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Un hotel che non ha nulla da invidiare a ad altri 5 stelle L. Questa volta sono rimasto davvero deluso dalla cucina, che invece l'ultima volta fu eccellente. Ottimo il trattamento termale e un encomio allo staff della reception e in particolare a Nicola e Sebastiano. Un complimento obbligatorio va al cameriere Christian, la cui gentilezza, attenzione e professionalità, superano davvero gli standard più alti. Mi permetto un consiglio, chiamate le cose con il loro nome: Fruit Party per una piccola coppetta di frutta, è davvero un overstatement, e lo stesso per l'ice cream party. Per il resto, che dire, ci torno!!!

Tutto perfetto! La pulizia è la disponibilità del personale al piano è veramente da 5 stelle. Il ristorante offre una varietà di portate veramente di altissimo livello, con un personale gentilissimo ed attento, anche alla spa ho trovato molta professionalità ma quello che veramente un punto di forza è la gentilezza, la cordialità e la disponibilità del personale al ricevimento, sempre pronti ed attenti a soddisfare ogni necessità o desiderio tanto da farti sentire come a casa. Die absolute Überraschung - ein Upgrade-Zimmer! Zimmersind ok, Personal sehr freundlich und behilflich, gutes Angebot am Abend an Unterhaltung. Ich komme schon einige Jahre und werde auch in Zukunft meinen Aufenthalt zur Erholung und Entspannung hier verbringen.

Tutto il personale è attento ad ogni necessità del Cliente, dalla reception alla zona termale. Ambiente pulito e ben organizzato. Buona la colazione e la cena. Elegante e rilassante il post cena con musica dal vivo eseguita da professionisti. Suggestiva la piscina termale illuminata nelle ore serali.
