It was larger than I expected and had a kitchen, so I was very satisfied.
It was a little far from the center of Nizwa, but considering that it costs 4OR by taxi to the center, I think it's a good deal if you're staying with multiple people.
The room was clean and I'd like to use it again!

The room is very large and spacious, the kitchen facilities are very complete, and there are two bathrooms in the second bedroom and one living room. The staying experience is very good. It would be better if the washing machine has a drying function. The front desk was very welcoming.

It was a really pleasant trip. Warm welcoming from Nancy and did a quick check in for me. When I was confusing where should I visit in Nizwar, Anou gave me a full recommendation of the city patiently. I enjoyed talking to him and I will recommend him to my friends who travel next. The room is clean and tidy also the shower is strong. Definitely I will come back again in future.

Wir haben kürzlich in Nizwa Hotel Appartements übernachtet und wir können es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Bereits von Beginn an wurden wir außerordentlich freundlich und herzlich vom Hotelmanager und seinem Team empfangen. Die besondere Gastfreundlichkeit des Personals hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich unvergesslich gemacht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ausgesprochene Hilfsbereitschaft des Hotelmanagers Anu, welcher sich viel Zeit für uns genommen hat um uns viele wertvolle Tipps zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region Nizwa zu geben. Dies war alles andere als selbstverständlich zumal wir nur 1. Nacht im Hotel übernachtet haben. Die Empfehlungen waren exzellent und auf unsere Interessen abgestimmt. Die Zimmer waren sauber, ordentlich und geräumig und ausgestattet mit Allem was das Herz begehrt. Insgesamt war es eine wunderbare Erfahrung, die wir jedem Reisenden ans Herz legen können! PS: Abschließend möchten wir uns nochmal von ganzem Herzen bei Herrn Anu und seinem Team für ALLES bedanken!!!

Das Hotel 'Nizwa Hotel Apartments' ist ein wundervolles Hotel mit Charme vor allem hinsichtlich des exzellenten Services und der überwältigenden Gastfreundschaft des Managers Herrn Anu Mathur, der sich persönlich um seine Gäste in einer Weise kümmerte, wie ich es zuvor noch nicht gesehen habe. Mit persönlichen Tipps zu unserer Omanreise und mit Geschichten über die Erfahrungen und Erlebnisse, welche ihm andere Reisende zu Teil werden ließen, bereicherte er unseren kurzen Aufenthalt. Trotz der Kürze unseres Aufenthaltes wird das Team um Herrn Mathur noch sehr lange in unserem Gedächtnis bleiben.

I visited Nizwa in the last week of August 24 with family ( two kids). Basically it was a stop over to our drive to Salalah. I was just trying to book a hotel near the highway to so that we can hot the road early. But when I checked into the hotel I was in for many surprises. First of all we were greeted by a very helpful receptionist. We were checked in to an two bedroom apparent which was very decent. The facilities available were very good and beyond our expectations. The property is quite new and all the facilities available were very good and maintained. Mr Mathur, the owner, who himself happened to be there eagerly helped us understand the city and us travel tips and guided us about the city. We happened to be vegetarian so he even us to the best suited restaurant and personally called up the restaurant owner to take care of us. I would strongly recommend the property. Be it for a family or for business. It's very close to the centre of the city and most amenities are available. The facilities in the hotel are very good and the hotel is quite close to hit the highway to Salahlah. Thanks Mr Anu Mathur for making our stay memorable!!

The most ideal place in Nizwa for family stay. Had booked a 2 B/R at Nizwa Hotel Apartments for an overnight stay enroute to Salalah from Dubai. We felt like at home. Next time would love to stay there a full day with the family. Following is noteworthy experience during our stay at the hotel: • Great hospitality • Neat and clean rooms • Spacious kitchen with all the essential appliances and cutlery • Ample parking space • Nice location

Lovely accommodation at quiet part of Nizwa. We were received very friendly and got some tips of things to do in the surrounding area. Unfortunately, we arrived late and left early as we used this as a more budget friendly stay for the Jebel Shams balcony walk.
Spacious apartment, king bedroom had a ensuite bathroom and the kitchen the necessities i.e. microwave/kettle
