Mantera Resort & Congress, Sochi

Отель выбираю не первый раз, все сбалансировано, завтраки супер, открытый бассейн и джакузи с подогревом. Из минусов - спа в этот раз часто был не профилактике, это конечно странно, и кроме того, идет ремонт над комплексом, было шумно, но это временно. И еще момент - отель в декабре пустой фактически, про этом не повышают категорию номера, обычно в такого уровня сетях эта опция работает. В целом это идеальный отель для меня, вернусь обязательно

Отдыхали с мужем в ноябре. Все очень супер . Персонал внимательный во всех службах. Отдельное внимание заслуживают завтраки, все вкусное и нет повторения👍. Рекомендую все.🇮🇱🇷🇺

Отель неплохой. Твердая 4, но за деньги 5. Завтраки вкусные, но нет элементарно бананов, которые очень любят дети. Мясных горячих блюд на завтраках тоже нет (тефтеле, тушеное мясо), что очень странно для 5 звезд. Номера в принципе чистые. Убирают на 3+. Десерты вообще не вкусные. Дали бесплатные билеты в Сочи парк, приятный бонус. Пляжа своего нет, на него возят. Море вообще в этом районе ужасное, без разнице чей пляж. Очень крупные булыжники, следовательно зайти в море тот еще квест. Пожилым людям и детям на курорты Сириуса лучше не ездить, не получите удовольствие от моря.

Прекрасный отель, сервис высший уровень, мы в восторге остались, вкусно было, бассейны на открытом воздухе отдельное удовольствие, локация класс, на Имеретинской набережной, у отеля есть свои электрокары. Мы прекрасно отдохнули, советуем всем

PAY ATTENTION to this review, because most likely the hotel management will try to delete it, than solve some problems for the guests 🤷‍♂️ Apparently, those who leave reviews for 5 stars before this only went to the country to grandma) This hotel is not even close to 5 stars!!! We stayed at this hotel for 8 years while it was called Radisson Congresse and in principle it was a stretch for a normal 4, but mantera is of course something in the worst sense of the word))) The only plus is maybe the breakfasts ... not bad and for every taste ... Cons: - air conditioning! It is not! It hums, but doesn't work😂and this is not a figure of speech, but it really doesn't cool...hot air just circulates...the hotel acknowledges the problem, but does nothing...they don't give a damn) By the way, you can actually die in the gym) - half of the hotel is in the renovation status: noise, Uzbeks and all the delights of a major renovation - the staff! A huge minus! Totally untrained and useless! And many are completely relaxed and indifferent! Not a single problem will be solved 🤷‍♂️ just not a single one.... everyone listens, hears, but doesn't care))) - the contingent) this year, "characters" with huge speakers playing at maximum with a rather dubious repertoire suddenly appeared))) drinking, sitting in an open jacuzzi, which is naturally prohibited and naturally with a cigarette stuck to a swollen lip)) what is the hotel staff doing? right, they don't care) even after comments and appeals. Radisson did not allow this 🤷‍♂️ In general, complete crap) who is accustomed to Radisson quality standards, forget about this place! We have been here for the last few days, but have already decided that we will never come back here.
