阿爾山整體體驗都比較一般，整個阿爾山住宿環境都不太行，沒有比較好的酒店，大部分都是賓館類的，清潔不太放心不敢住，好一點的酒店都太老太舊了，也沒有訂。本來看起來這個營地好像還不錯的樣子，結果入住發現配套設施和服務都不能與價格相匹配。
首先房間不行，一進門就是很濃重的香氣，後來發現應該是殺蟲劑之類的東西，因為住了一晚第二天死了一地的蒼蠅。晚上睡覺的時候床邊的牆上和房頂上還有很多的瓢蟲之類的蟲子。真的乾淨不到哪去。然後房間是用的空調，開制熱晚上睡覺特別乾燥，沒有配備加濕器和空氣凈化器。洗手間是電熱水器，熱水得等着用，排隊用。太麻煩了。
其次餐廳不行，送了2份早餐，九點去吃已經差不多沒有了，剩了幾個皮都幹了的包子再配點涼菜就吃完了，本來品種就很少，去的完了就衹能撿點剩下的了，太慘了。
最後，送的什麼營地門票，説是可以去喂小動物，還有騎馬之類的活動，走了老遠的路，結果連人都沒有，衹能看看就撤了。
雖説是節假日漲價在所難免，但漲到這個程度，卻沒有提高配套服務和硬件設備，確實讓人無法接受。同樣五一出遊三亞一千多的星級酒店可比你們這兩千多的營地讓人舒服多了。總之特別拉胯，再也不會去阿爾山，呼倫貝爾，內蒙古。勸退所有想去的人。

作為將近2000一晚的酒店，房間裏都是蟲子，我們一共三家房間，都碰到了很多甲蟲。酒店早餐7點半開始，第二天一早早起去阿爾山公園趕不上早飯，問是否可以準備一些乾糧，也沒有。

國慶節入住的。相比阿爾山大多數酒店性價比很高了。孩子很喜歡。服務很好，有些蒼蠅和瓢蟲確實在房車避免不了。酒店後面可以和小動物互動還有騎馬。

外部環境不錯，是個不錯的露營地。服務人員也挺熱情，招待周到。但是，頭等艙房型，蟲子，特別是蒼蠅實在太多！第一天在酒店人員幫助下消滅完蒼蠅才入睡。第二天早上又發現了數衹蒼蠅，叫酒店人員來處理。晚上一打開門，濃濃的殺蟲劑味道，床上齊齊整整4隻蒼蠅屍體，實在沒法睡覺，連夜跑了，到市裡另外找的酒店睡。營地總體不錯，就是衞生太糟糕，在處理蒼蠅問題上不夠妥當。
