Located in the heart of Aguas Caliente ( Machu Pichu) this hotel is a wonderful stopover. The hotel overlooks the roaring river ( request a river facing room) and oozes the history of the Inka nation Easy access to walk the quaint and interesting streets, the butterfly farm and Machu Pichu museum. ( well worth a visit) Service was outstanding from everyone we interacted with. Rooms are well appointed and the restaurant was great. Lomo Soltado was delicious and a hearty helping. After a long day of sightseeing, this is a wonderful retreat.

La preocupación de todo el personal por los huéspedes no es algo que se ve todos los días, se preocupan de todo desde esperarte cuando bajas del tren hasta que te retiras una atención de primera habitación con vista extraordinaria muy bueno y bonito te esperan a la bajada del tren para llevar tu equipaje al hotel para que subas lo más ligero posible a Machu Pichu o sea sin peso, cuando vuelves reciben con toallas tibias aromatizadas para secar el sudor de la caminata, una copa de agua de Jamaica para la sed, te reciben como rey. Las habitaciones comodisimas con una vista al rio y la montaña extraordinaria. Si sales a las termas te facilitan toallas. El desayuno muy variado y exquisito, en general las comidas todas muy ricas. Su personal un 10 atentos, cálidos te orientan en todo.... Muy pero muy bien

Amazing hotel . From the moment that you arrive you get greeted with a drink, luggage was picked up from the train station, rooms are spacious and bright with beautiful Mountain View’s. Breakfast is amazing , lots to choose from. Highly recommend 10/10

The hotel at the foot of Machu Picchu was a delightful surprise during my recent trip. The impeccable service, exquisite cuisine, and knowledgeable staff truly set it apart from other establishments in Aqua Calientes. Located conveniently next to the Urubamba river and surrounded by breathtaking mountains, this hotel offers a unique experience for travelers. Despite the rainy weather upon our arrival, the hotel staff was well-prepared with umbrellas and assistance with our luggage. The efficiency and professionalism displayed by the front desk staff, including arranging a late checkout and luggage delivery service, were commendable. Overall, I must say that this hotel is a top choice in Aqua Calientes, and I wholeheartedly recommend it for its exceptional food, services, and picturesque river view.

The best place to stay! The incredible staff made everything so wonderful. They are all so nice and professional! The hotel help us arrange a private tour of Machu Picchu and MP mountain. It was a fantastic experience.
