Desde que llegamos a la recepción. Un chico personal del hotel jugando con el.movil a todo volumen. Subimos las escaleras y encontramos una cerveza en la escalera. Entramos en la habitación Deluxe... Y llena de suciedad, hasta una uña en el suelo. Sin hojas de reclamaciones. Solicitamos hablar con su jef , nos dice.que es imposible. encima cuando queremos anular la reserva y hablar con su jefe, la chica de la recepción le dice que es por el.ruido del tren... Algo que nosotros no hemos comentado en ningún momento

It wasn’t the cutest hostle, but I would recommend. Maybe it was me being paranoid but a guy in my mixed dorm room was making me feel a little uncomfy. I asked to change rooms didn’t even have to explain the reason and they immediately made it happen. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. There were nice towels and soap included as well. Not very good, but a buffet breakfast was included. Decent location a little bit away from the super tourist spots.

Buenas habitaciones, camas cómodas y buen ambiente. Además de excelente atención. Tenía la entrada a machu pichu a las 6am y me dejaron preparado el desayuno. Además después de hacer el check out, dejaron que me quede en recepción para esperar la partida del tren.

Stayed there in March 2022 for our MP trip (what else?) It is not too far from the train station so we were able to walk to the hotel with our roller bags (airplane carry-on size) + backpacks. Aguas Calientes is basically an overnight tourist stop for Machu Picchu so there are lots of hotels. This seemed clean and very reasonably priced. We stayed in a 3-person room which was crammed for 3 persons & even their minimal luggage but OK for one night with limited luggage. Included breakfast which was pretty decent and allowed us to go to MP with good nourishment. Friendly staff made it even better. We had to leave our luggage there while we did our MP trip and returned late in the afternoon to catch our train back to Cuzco. Probably not a bad budget place but for some, it might be worth paying more to get a bit more space.

El hotel es acogedor y agradable, la habitación fue cómoda y limpia. La atención de Luisa fue excelente y amable, nos ayudaron con los ingresos al Machupicchu. También el desayuno estuvo rico y fresco a comparación de otros hoteles. Definitivamente una buena opción para quedarse y bajo precio.

Buen lugar para hospedar, tiene desayuno continental hasta las 9:00, habitaciones muy limpias y personal preocupado por dar un buen servicio. El check out es a las 10:00, tiene una sala de estar decente, es un hospedaje con bastante silencio para descansar bien

Café da manhã péssimo, pão duro presunto, queijo e umas rodelas de tomate, atendimento mais ou menos, cama confortável e banheiro com água quente, lençóis quentinhos, acústica do quarto não é muito boa e tem bastante barulho nas ruas próximas.

Muy amables en la atención. El personal nos recogió desde la estación. Dan buena información sobre horarios y restaurantes en aguas calientes. La habitación elegida no tenía vista a la calle, la ventana daba a un doctor. Prefiero la vista a la montaña
