Francamente quede muy datisfecho y créanme el trato ynlas instalaciones excelentes

Todo bien excepto que no te quieran dar servicio de café y agua por tu estancia completa y solo la primera noche. Cobran todo debería estar contemplado en el precio

Room with Two Double Beds-Non-Smoking

The beds, blackout curtains, soft pillows, hot water and breakfasts were marvelous. My wishes: 1- 2 bottles of water per day in room as Mexico has undafe water. 2- Warmer, more welcoming front desk staff. 3- Control parking of locals in parking garage.

The hotel is new and very nice and has an excellent location (around restaurants, shopping centres, bus and airport centre) and service. Administrative staff are very kind especially Mr. Juan Pablo Valenzuela S; he made us feel like at home!!!  

I was staying in the hotel 3 days and had an excellent treatment from all areas since the 2 gentlemen who transported me to the plant, frontdesk, the night shop and my room was always very clean and in order 😌
