Mercure Aberdeen Caledonian Hotel Reviews

The room is so extremely noisy from the road and railway and pubs etc. informed water was off for 45 Minutes. Even after 4 hrs had to ask several times for water in the tap and toilet. Never to return and no helpful staff neither.

We had a wonderful experience at the Mercure Aberdeen Caledonian Hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

Rebooked this hotel, Close to good shopping and many place to eat and also not far from the station. Highly recommended, If I return to Aberdeen will book again.
