Very avoidable hotel
It is not worthy of being a 4 / 5 *
The service and upkeep of the hotel was way below par
Toilets were leaking, drains jammed, dirty floor and towels in the fitness centre and sub standard food.

Good location but not good service
The room was quite small, pervious guest had smoked heavily. Upon asking receptionist about the issue, they sprayed mild room freshner. Quite disappointing.

Overall its a great staycation……very good hotel…..nice ambience……staff behaviour was too good…..very polite and helpful…….very cooperative and always welcoming guest with a big smile which is very appreciating…………rooms are really confortable….From front desk Anisha Faraz Poulami and all hotel staffs are very very good……

Everything was very nice..we have event on this hotel......event was really very nice to go...........staffs are really cooperative.........to front desk and restaurant banquet all are very helpful and friendly.......rooms are really comfortable...front desk Faraz..Anisha...
