Hotel authority has not given the room in booked property. They shifted at their other property. Room at other property is not hygienic and toilet was absolutely mess.

Less of maintained property no plumbing / electrical maintenance no cleanliness of the corridor, common area carpets are shabby, uncleaned, torn no pest control furniture is very old and dislocated

I checked into the hotel room to a stale odour. Despite requesting for a mosquito repellent, no one from house keeping turned up to provide one. Breakfast spread too was very very sad.
