The room was not cleaned properly, and there was so much dust on the ceiling and furniture that I couldn't stop sneezing. There was hair in the refrigerator and on the futon sheets. The room also smelled moldy.
The shower in the large communal bath had no water at all, which was unpleasant.

東山温泉街の一番奥に位置しており、利用日が連休明けの平日だったこともあって、宿泊客が極端に少なく、静かでした。窓の下から川の流れる音が聞こえ、快適でした。宿泊に徹したホテルで、多くのサービスを求めなければ安価で良好といえます。質素を由とする方ならいいところです。豪華な温泉旅館での宿泊を期待すると空振りです。

I went to GW with my wife. Although it is GW, there is no such price or service. Even if you use it for business, look elsewhere. Hotel Toho, where I stayed the day before, was about 2,000 yen more expensive, but the service was more than the price, so I felt even worse.
