Arrivée pénible mais reste du séjour excellent
L’arrivée a été très pénible, nous avons dû attendre près d’une heure pour avoir la chambre, puis deux heures pour l’électricité, et revenir à l’accueil plusieurs fois pour leur rappeler que nous étions toujours en attente de l’électricité. L’appartement n’était pas complètement propre en arrivant (traces de verres sur les comptoirs et tables de chevet, miettes sur la table, etc.). Comme si on ne s’attendait pas à recevoir des clients. Mais après la première journée, tout était excellent. L’espace extérieur est splendide et bien pensé pour les enfants, les appartements spacieux et confortables et le ménage bien fait.

A pior da minha vida. Indiscritível. Desde baratas, forminhas, roupa suja, quartos ocupados por outras pessoas, comida estragado. Pessoas com infeção gastrointestinal. Piores férias era impossível. Funcionários completamente incompetentes

Hotel réellement a fuir. Ne vous attendez pas a un service digne du Radisson, cet hotel est clairement non geré et cela commence dés la réception. Vous payerez le prix et cest tout! Les avis Google sont deja nombreux mais la ville disposant de peu d'hôtel, le choix par defaut (apres lecture des avis google) a donc ete Radisson. L’experience de cette ville a ete gaché par la saleté du logement et le comportement des employés

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été très décevant. Les espaces communs étaient sales et mal entretenus, ce qui a considérablement affecté le confort de mon séjour. De plus, le personnel de la réception était très désagréable et a fait preuve de mauvaise foi pour résoudre le problème de recharge de mon véhicule électrique, seule solution payer 300dh la recharge sur une prise domestique ce qui est absolument non justifié. Malheureusement, je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

This hotel is in absolute catastrophe! I never in my entire life experienced such bad service and unfriendly staff. The rooms were dirty we waited three hours to get in our rooms. No one apologised or offered any compensation it was quite the opposite. They even treated us more badly when we complained I urge you to never ever book into this hotel. The entire reception managers need to be trained on how to treat guests. The rooms were dirty. The complex was dirty all over trash. It was disgusting. And even when we wanted to check out and left our rooms punctual at 12, they did not let us check out because they wanted to check the rooms. I never in my entire life will ever be booking Radisson again.

No warmth welcome when you show up. The personel are mediocre when it comes to communication. The romm is full a dust there was trash behin the sofa . Amenities are very poor . No room service at all. I took a shower the whole bathroom was full of water called the reception with my own cellphone no answer.the bathroom is almost dark you barely can see your face. I tried the phone in the bedroom not workin at all. I had the security callin someone from the house keeping service he refused to come claiming he would charge me 100 dh each time. I wasnt informed when i checked in.the check out took more than 45 mn . I felt like am not welcome at all so disappointed . Am sure i will not come back

Nice location, big appartments but a lot of work needs to be done on the cleaning in the appartments, buildings and pool area. We went to the store to buy all the cleaning equipment ourselves because it was really bad. We also booked a room with seaview, but after arrival the reception told us they do not have any rooms with sea view
