Sentido Bellevue Park Reviews

Following a recommendation from a friend, I reserved a hotel room with high expectations due to its favorable rating. However, my experience fell short of these expectations. Despite anticipating a minimum level of service, I was met with subpar reception and an unpleasant odor lingering in the corridor. The dining experience was disappointing, with poorly prepared food and a lack of adherence to service times, exacerbated by a rushed closure of the restaurant while patrons were still dining. Furthermore, the condition of the swimming pool was unsatisfactory, resembling a cesspool rather than a recreational facility, and the behavior of the lifeguard was unprofessional, as he prioritized reprimanding guests over fulfilling his duties.

Stayed at this hotel in September 2024. The hotel: The hotel is beautifully maintained and very clean. Restaurant: plenty of variety of food, also caters for vegetarians and vegans Animation: The team are friendly and very hard working. They do activities in the daytime such as volleyball, Archery, aquagym & water polo. The evening shows are really good. There is a kids club running from 10:00- 12:00 and 15:00-17:00 which keeps the little ones entertained. I will be returning again next year.

Currently stating at Bellevue Park This is the best Hotel in Tunisia, beautiful room with sea view upgraded when we arrived to a suite thank you. The Entertainment team work hard day and night keeping guests busy with sports games and nightly shows working hard to include all who wish to take part the restaurant provides food for all tastes with plenty available throughout the day. Reception staff are friendly and helpful if you have questions. We have already booked for our 2025 stay at this fabulous hotel

Great hotel, the staff is very kind welcoming and friendly, the room is comfortable and always clean, the animantion team is workaholic, they have wonderful activities which keep you in a good mood the whole day, great games, we had so much fun At night, they present great shows, we’ll sure be back SOON

Nice hotel to spend on it the holiday with the family I think the animation was very very good for all the people, like for the all the ages, for 5 to 30 years, the animation, is very very nice, the people are the best very very fine and calm. They play and talk with the kids, and the adults are also in good vibe and mood.

Amazing hotel absolutely 5 star hotel everything is perfect. Food at the restaurant is so delicious and there is a variety for everyone. Rabia from the reception so helpful and friendly. Service is fast with smile. Atmosphere was wonderful with a lot of activity and party’s for all the Family Thanks Mondo and crew for all the fun that we had ❤️

We’ve just returned from our awesome stay at the Sentido Bellevue Park. Where to start? A lot has happened in Tunisia over the years & I know safely is something a lot of people may Worry about before considering or returning to Tunisia. So please know me and my family felt completely safe and secure while on our holiday. Security at the front gate were excellent and actively kept an eye on who was entering the hotel. The beach entrance was also manned. Both 24 hours a day. My dad was worried before we departures sending me many FCDO links which only affected the far west and south of the country. The amount of security put his mind at rest. I had a friend working in another hotel & their security wouldn’t let me in. My friend had to come see me from the gate. I felt safer in Tunisia in the hotel and outside than I do at home. As there are local police check points around the resort too. The rooms were lovely and cleaned daily. The maids were excellent and actively engaged with us too. Definitely recommend paying alittle extra for the sea view too. Our rooms had tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. The shower was awesome and very high in pressure. All of the staff were amazing. Very happy to help and would do everything to make our holiday one to remember and as easy as possible. Zeid in the main restaurant was so much fun and made us laugh daily. Mohammed down by the pool bar was amazing. Keeping us well and truely feeling like vips and making us laugh. Mimo on the animation team was so much fun during the activities we took part in. It was also really nice to see that even though he was a talented dancer you could see just by watching him that it just wasn’t talent he had so much passion and confidence in what he was doing. You could tell he really enjoyed what he was doing. An amazing entertainer. The food in the hotel was really lovely. There was plenty of variety. I even saw frequently chicken nuggets, turkey shapes, mashed potato and French fries. I only mention this as I have young children who are extremely fussy so it was really nice to know that this particular hotel would’ve catered for their needs as well. We enjoyed the variety of foods offered and also definitely recommend the hotels à la carte restaurant. All of the animation team were really good fun and offered a variety of activities during the day. Such as water aerobics, water polo, darts, archery, volleyball. The evening entertainment was also a really good variety some shows brought in from outside and we even had karaoke and a pool party. Not forgetting the animation team also organised a beach foam party during the day. Sue, Mimo and Sonic where are absolute favourites thank you for making our holiday even more fun. The hotel also offers a pool bar where you can self serve a variety of coffees and juices. I love the Hotel and the Personal! Particularly Samir, Mouhib, Adem, Sonic, Firas and Oussema The Food was good and everyone was very nice and comforting. The Room was also very good and comfy. I hopefully will stay there also next year!! I can fully recommend to stay there and to enjoy there vacation there.

Good evening, I recently stayed at this hotel, it is very clean, the staff very kind and I would like to particularly appreciate one of the employees Samir, who was every evening prompt, sociable, professional with a smile and and kindness always present.Hi this way I would like to thank him very much once again, he made us feel at home. The food was varied and of good quality. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming for all types of tourists. I had a wonderful stay and I recommend this hotel. If we find the same staff we will come back next year. Tks

We are still here at the hotel and fly home to the UK tmw and will have been here 10 days. First of all, if you can give up being very British in your approach to holidaying, you will have the best time here. If you can't give up being British in approach, then a few things will make your teeth itch, such as having to be at the pool for 8am to reserve a sun bed and people cutting in front of you when queueing, I will say it here that those travelling from the Eastern block are rude, end of. The hotel itself is slightly dated. Best try and book a pool view room as they are of a better standard. That said, the hotel is spotlessly clean and overall is very nice. It is the staff who make this hotel a really fab place to stay, Hamdi at the poolside, Montassa in the restaurant, Abir in the Spa and even Rabina who cleans the outside toilets are wonderful human beings and work tirelessly to ensure you have a good time. Be aware that the pool staff are tipped and that this goes a long way, given that they all really don't earn very much, about £250.00 a month. The animation team are fabulous and again work really hard to provide activities throughout the day. The massages in the spa are very good value for money, Ive had several whilst we've been here. For mass catering, the food has been really good, a bit samey buy tastes good, a couple of people had stomach gripes, but I genuinely wouldn't put it down to the food, I was fine. We typically ate lunch at the beach / pool bar, my tip would be go as it opens at 12.45 and then the food is fresh and not sat about. The hotel needs to provide more air con in public spaces, such as the lobby and downstairs restaurant, it is oppressively hot at times. So, all in all, a really nice 10 days away, with superb people who keep a bit of a tired hotel alive. We would consider coming back, but we typically like going to different hotels each time.

I highly recommend this Hotel. The personell is soo helpfull and friendly. They fulfilled each wish we had and gave us the best service. The rooms, the food, the animation, the show and pool they had where all exceptional. We had the gretest time of our lives in this Hotel. If you want to really have a great time in Tunisia book a Stay here at Sentido Bellevue Park in Sousse.

Amazing holiday. Room is so comfortable with beautiful view. Everyone is so friendly. Food is so delicious and variety. Atmosphere is so nice a lot of activity during the day like gymnastics Zumba water polo.. we love everything and the atmosphere at night also was impressive a lot of show Brazilan water pallets Latino cabaret white party we love it all thanks for Mondo and crew they do a awesome job

We had a nice stay at these hotel. Stuff is great and service is fast with smile. Food is so delicious. Special thanks for Mondo and crew for all the fun that we had it at the activities during the and the kids had at the kids club. Atmosphere at night also was fabulous❤️❤️we will be back
