Not many people staying no buffet breakfast only a la carte

Great ambience. Spacious rooms. All amenities like home. But furniture a little old.

Booked Family Suite .

Hotel refused our booking and instead to pay  extra money  and  we paid 😞

Missing items like kettle and tooth brush. Dirty stained sheets Old furniture One of the mattresses was damaged. No hangers were provided in the wardrobe. Complimentary tea was exactly 3 tea bags, 3 small water bottles and 6 sugar packets.

The place is comfortable, but needs a look, modern decorations, changing the dark wall colors, attention and changing the furniture a little, the reception staff are friendly, and the service is acceptable. The price of the hotel is a little more than usual, but the location of the hotel is next to an excellent shopping mall.
