The airport is easy to reach and a short drive away from the airport. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly, rooms are great. Worth it.

I had booked a stay at this hotel but unfortunately had to cancel my trip due to a flight cancellation to Lombok. I reached out to the hotel immediately, explaining my situation and asking about the possibility of a refund. However, I received absolutely no response to my message. I even tried calling multiple times, but my calls went unanswered. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Communication is key, especially in situations like this, but the staff here clearly don’t care about their guests. If they can’t even manage to respond to a simple inquiry, I shudder to think how they would handle actual issues during a stay. Based on my experience, I strongly advise future guests to avoid this place. It’s not worth the risk of dealing with such unprofessional behavior. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that value their guests and provide the service you deserve.

The service is good and friendly. The room looks a bit old but very cleans the bed is confortable and price is good. They provide drop off service at 50k IDR for one car.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and worst hotel experience in over forty countries. I had to leave in the middle of the night due to bed bugs AND rats in the ceiling. The hotel refused to refund. I hope, sincerely, that they go out of business. There are plenty of nice places to stay in Lombok. Avoid this place like the proverbial plague.

Hotel is well located 5 minutes by car from the airport with free airport shuttle service. The rooms are spacious, clean and nice. The only downside is that we ordered some dinner from a delivery app and when we asked for a couple of small bottles of water at the hotel they ripped us off. But the hotel in general is a 10. I can't upload photos, because I didn't remember to do so, but I assure you that the hotel is super nice.

Everything was extremely dirty and old; Even the sheets had holes from wear and tear... And it's better not to talk about the bathroom... The photos of the rooms do not correspond at all to reality.
