Very Nice Stay
Very nice stay. Clean, comfortable room with a great bed and a great shower. Very happy with the accomodations. Breakfast was great.

It’s a mix.
Our suite was adequate but the furniture was dirty(chrome shows everything especially people’s feet/finger prints). The bathroom sink is bowing, kitchen cabinets are all chipped. The manager was wonderful, the pool spotless and the outdoor area is beautiful.

We stayed at the Residence Inn Akron Green for one night while attending an event at Hopping Frog Brewery. We found the hotel to be perfectly located for our needs after a 5 hour drive from NY. The hotel and our rooms were spotlessly clean, charming and very comfortable. The beds were great, and the shower water pressure was impressive! We loved the holiday decorations and the breakfast. The staff we encountered Daviana, Natasha, and Diane were the icing on the cake. Everyone was so friendly and attentive it made our stay special. We will definitely stay at this hotel Everytime we are in the area! As Marriott members we appreciate finding gems to return to, and this hotel will be added to the love list!!

The staff is very friendly and I had car issues - they helped me get my room even after ******* canceled my reservation even tho I had spoken to an employee at the hotel. She understood I was having car issues and knew I was getting there late.. I have issues with Expidia canceling my room but that's a different story.
